The service was great, and the 5-course breakfast was a nice surprise. We also liked the wellness area. We were lucky and were able to use two of the four spaces on the day of arrival, which meant we could use the sauna. The older room in the hotel, which we were assigned based on our special offer, was functional. Only the electrical appliances (hairdryer) should be checked for safety. 😅 Otherwise, everything was perfect! The place is quite remote on the mountain. Probably a perfect starting point for hikes. We were mostly in Merano and didn't explore the surrounding area.

Top hotel and a lifesaver! We were passing through on our motorcycles and had already booked a nearby hotel, but due to circumstances, we had to change hotels. We booked late in the evening on a weekday through Booking.com. We arrived less than half an hour later, and the room was already ready. The kitchen had been cold for over an hour, but we were still served a hot meal upon request (since we probably looked more than exhausted). The room we were given at short notice was modern, well-equipped, and extremely clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was probably the best we had in our week in Italy; none of us had such a healthy and delicious breakfast in our lives. All in all, a great hotel, super friendly, polite, and guest-oriented staff/operators, and delicious, regional, and healthy food. Thank you again for your hospitality and the extra steps you took for my colleagues and me. If we ever pass by the pass again, we'd definitely be happy to stay again.

The food was very good. It was like a 5-star hotel! The rooms were also very clean.

We stayed here very spontaneously and received a very friendly welcome despite the late hour. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The price was a bit on the high side, but it was worth every single cent. If we're in the area again, I would definitely book this hotel again!

Great location, very quiet but also nothing nearby. If you just want to unwind, it's wonderful. The rooms and the hotel in general are very nice and thoughtfully renovated with a great concept. A refrigerator in the room would have been useful, especially in summer. The air conditioning didn't work either. It has a sauna and a lovely terrace. The garden is also beautifully designed and offers plenty of seating. The food is truly excellent! Something special and very tasty. Unfortunately, the staff was often overwhelmed and made this very clear to the guests. We stayed there with a voucher to get to know the hotel. Unfortunately, this meant we were treated more like second-class guests. For example, we were served less of the evening menu, even though it wasn't specifically stated on the voucher, but the manager was of the opinion that the soup didn't belong on the voucher. So, it would have been better to charge a bit more for the voucher. This left an unpleasant aftertaste and dampened the mood for a while. In general, the service could have been a bit more courteous and friendly.

Everything is very well maintained and lovingly prepared. The food is exceptionally plentiful, unconventional, tasty, and healthy. This alone is reason enough to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay. The view is splendid, the staff friendly and the environment clean and welcoming. The hotel has been recently renovated and the hand of a good architect can be seen: the spaces are treated in detail, the lighting is well designed and the use of wood as the main material gives warmth and elegance. Dinner was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay: well-presented dishes, linked to local tradition but with a creative touch. We also discovered dandelion, which we liked so much that we introduced it into our daily diet! A small tip: some dishes were a little too fried, a slightly lighter proposal would be even more appreciated. Overall, a really positive experience. We will definitely be back!
