Gasthaus Longfall In Tirolo

We stopped by on our hike and enjoyed some delicious food and drinks. Great location, friendly service, and a great experience all around. Amazing homemade sauerkraut!

For us, the Longfall Inn is a must-visit during our stay in Tirolo. A beautiful hike and the joy of delicious, home-cooked Tyrolean food are a joy. The hosts are warm and friendly.

Not very special, but a fine place for lunch.

A step back in time, a family-run inn. We ate here after a hike, the food was excellent. The nettle dumplings were delicious.

We wanted an easy hike, and we chose well...starting from the center of Tirolo, we reached the Tiroler Kreuz in about 40 minutes, then from there we followed trail 6 to the Longfall mountain hut. It takes 50 minutes to get there, passing a small waterfall first. We ate beef stew with dumplings for €15 and shepherd's pasta for €12, both very good. It's a leisurely hike if you don't want to climb too high.

A beautiful place steeped in tradition. We purposefully hiked here from Tirolo and were not disappointed. Service was friendly and clean. The meal was goulash and nettle dumplings. Very delicious and reasonably priced. We will be back.

After a strenuous climb, the Longfall Inn was the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat. Even though we had provisions in our backpacks, we simply couldn't resist the sight of the freshly prepared cheese and bacon omelets – and we weren't disappointed! Both omelets were exceptionally delicious, hearty, and filling. For €10 per omelet, you get honest, down-to-earth cuisine of very good quality. The service was extremely friendly and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. Even though the terrace doesn't offer a spectacular view, the inn's cozy, rustic charm is impressive inside. It's a place where you'll want to linger for a while. Conclusion: A definite recommendation for anyone looking to refuel with something warm and hearty after a hike!

Wonderfully rustic hut with a fantastic cook. Thanks for the great food (amazing fried potatoes and pea soup). The service is also very friendly and fulfills every wish. We'd love to come back.
