A very beautiful, old hut with great food. Friendly staff. It has an outdoor playground and offers a great view from giant deck chairs.

Stopped in during a hike along the Merano High Trail. The location was incredibly beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We had goulash soup and Kaiserschmarrn, which were excellent. They also had a blackcurrant spritzer—everything was delicious. The prices were reasonable.

A wonderful trip to the Leiter Alm with the chairlift and basket lift. The food is excellent, and the view is breathtaking in good weather. We'd love to come back.

21/05/2025: We've enjoyed coming here for decades when we hike the Waslwrg. The restaurant has become more modern, but is still nice and cozy.

Restaurant Torgglerhof

19/05/2025: Tucked away behind the Hirzer cable car exit is perhaps the most beautiful beer and coffee garden in the entire region. Live music, dogs are welcome, and everything is catered for, whether you prefer shade or sun. The cake selection is extensive, as is the selection of beers and homemade products, such as cider. We always stop here before or after a walk along the Waalweg (Waal Path) and are always very satisfied. The local ice cream is also a must!
18/05/2025: Beautiful setting with tasty dishes. Good service, very attentive by the young owner. The only flaw is the choice of desserts, I expected something more special. In any case, I would gladly return. I highly recommend it.
