We spent 10 days in South Tyrol and ate Kaiserschmarrn every day. It was good almost everywhere, but up here they probably have the best Kaiserschmarrn in all of South Tyrol.

Great atmosphere with live music in the afternoon. A wonderful place to stop for refreshments after a hike before heading back down. The beer garden gets sun all day. Service was quick. The boozy apricot or pear liqueur is highly recommended.

Auf 1500m Höhe, nur mit der Seilbahn zu erreichen, ist der der Gasthof toll gelegen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf Dorf Tirol, Meran und das gesamte Tal mit den umliegenden Bergen. Das Team der „ Hochmuth“ gibt jedem Gast das Gefühl, etwas Besonderes zu sein. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.

Das Berggasthaus war mehrfacher Endpunkt unserer Wandertouren. Uns ist die natürliche Freundlichkeit des Teams aufgefallen und natürlich auch die tolle Speisekarte. Und nicht unerwähnt darf der selbstgeräucherte Speck bleiben: Wunderbar, ein echter Genuss!

22/10/2025: Amazing Food, Super Friendly Staff, and Open Late! A Must-Visit! We had a brilliant dinner experience at Pizzeria Rosmarin! The quality of the food was outstanding. I ordered the steak, and it was perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. The pizza was also fantastic. What made the evening truly great was the combination of delicious food with their excellent service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that they were open late, making it the perfect spot for our dinner. I highly recommend Pizzeria Rosmarin to anyone in the area looking for great food, late hours, and a wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

21/12/2025: What a magnificent refuge! Nestled in the middle of the Corvara ski slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dolomites while savoring excellently prepared and delicious dishes. The service is quick, efficient, and very friendly, making you feel at home. I recommend the desserts, which are truly special. Thank you, Michela and all the staff. We'll be back.
09/12/2025: The best eggs, spelt, and potatoes in the Dolomites! I've eaten them everywhere, even at the mountain hut famous for this dish, and there's no comparison; these are hands-down winners. The tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù and the ones with venison ragù are delicious. Top! We'll be back.
