I chose the brewery over the other restaurants because I wanted to eat what you'd usually eat at a brewery, but they only offered me two types of sandwiches, which seems a poor choice for a 5:00 PM meal, especially considering the Christmas markets that are open and offer the same thing. I chose the farmer's sandwich, but it was already dripping with the first bite: not the best. It's a shame about the location, which is nice, but the food isn't great. I can't give it more than three stars.

Had a delicious lunch here. Rustic setting, delicious traditional South Tyrol food and they brew their own beer. Everything was delicious.

A restaurant that comes highly recommended...very attentive and friendly staff...a menu that leaves nothing to be desired...we always enjoy coming back.

A typical place, I really liked the atmosphere and the menu, featuring traditional local dishes. Since I was driving, I couldn't enjoy the local beers; I opted for the alcohol-free option.
Paid parking is outside the historic center, which is understandable given the unique character of Chiusa's city center.

We sat down after a 6 hours hike. The food was good. We had schnieztel and teigtaschen with pumpkin. Very good and well seasoned. We tried the Kastanien beer and it was novel, but the traditional brew is better. So a hearty recomandation by us.

Schmackhafte Südtiroler Küche in historischem Umfeld bietet das Gassl Bräu. Im historischen Stadtkern von Klausen direkt am Fuße des Kloster Säben gelegen wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und bestens versorgt. Die Karte bietet das Beste aus der Südtiroler Küche, dazu gibt es verschiedene Biere aus eigener Produktion. Wer kein Bier mag, kann auf die guten lokal produzierten Weine ausweichen.

Cibo eccellente, atmosfera accogliente, servizio ottimo e conto buono... e infine birra ottima. E non parliamo delle frittelle di mela superlative. Davvero soddisfatti!
