Se il paradiso avesse un gusto, probabilmente sarebbe quello dei prodotti del "boss". Premetto che ho ordinato sul sito e non ci sono andato di persona, vista la distanza; che dire: un mix irresistibile di specialità siciliane: complice la mia predilezione per il salato rispetto al dolce mi sono rifornito di panelle, sfincione, calzone al forno, ma anche delle dolci "brioscie cu tuppu" e granite. Ogni prodotto è un autentico tuffo nei sapori della Sicilia.
Un aspetto che merita un applauso è la cura verso il cliente. Durante il mio primo ordine, il corriere GLS aveva sottoperformato (complici uno sciopero e un servizio poco brillante il trasporto era diventato un "viaggio della speranza"): Gaspare, da vero professionista, pur incolpevole non è rimasto a guardare: ha cambiato corriere, passando a DHL, e il secondo ordine è stato perfetto. Questo cambio dimostra quanto il Boss prenda sul serio la soddisfazione dei suoi clienti, e sono sicuro che l'esperienza in loco sia ancora più soddisfacente (chissà, magari un giorno apparirò a Sambuca!).
In sintesi, Gaspare non è solo un artigiano dei sapori, è un ambasciatore della Sicilia.
Pur non avendo assaggiato la maggior parte dei prodotti in vendita mi sento di consigliare vivamente i suoi prodotti a chiunque voglia regalarsi un’esperienza indimenticabile.

The room is large and well looked after. Good service, kindness and helpfulness.
Rather biscuity and under-seasoned pizza. While the first courses are tasty and plentiful with good presentation, I recommend trying the tagliatelle cardinale.
05/08/2024: I went to this restaurant with biker friends. Fixed menu meat €28, fish €38. We took the fish one. There were also 2 people with celiac disease at the table and they had no problem eating, the restaurant provided special dishes for them. The menu included a mixed starter, 2 first courses and 2 second courses, both placed on the same plate with portions that were not abundant but which filled up. Also including water and wine. Finally fruit, coffee and bitters. The place is not new, since it is summer we sat outside (there was no air conditioning inside) where there is also a dance hall; let's say an 80's but functional structure. Good and fast service. Good food, in line with the price. Excellent for those who don't want to spend a fortune without having high expectations.
