My experience was definitely positive. ​From the appetizers onward, the cuisine proved to be a splendid celebration of tradition, expertly revisited. Authentic and well-balanced flavors. Each dish is carefully presented. ​The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a family evening. The staff is exquisitely kind, attentive, and never intrusive.

I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that takes such great care of every detail as Ristorante Gasbarri. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Gasbarri, the owner, who escorted us to our table. He's a truly delightful person who, in addition to making us feel at home right away, also shared many anecdotes about Castel San Pietro Romano, a charming village with breathtaking views and a remarkable history! The food is truly high-quality, with a focus on traditional cuisine and a truly refined wine selection. All this was accompanied by soft background music that transformed an excellent lunch into an unforgettable one! Congratulations, Mr. Gasbarri, it was an experience that touched our hearts and palates...we'll see you again soon!

A delicious meal in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

A lovely restaurant in the center of this charming village. Excellent cuisine and impeccable service. Highly recommended, and perhaps return at Christmas when the Rocca hosts a live nativity scene and the village hosts its traditional markets.

Excellent cuisine in an elegant setting.

A very pleasant weekend, a romantic suite, and a huge terrace where I enjoyed a breathtaking view. Many small points of light forming an intricate web of gold and silver threads, thus outlining the streets and domes of the Eternal City. I ate very well, and Mr. Oscar, very kind, was a perfect adviser for the dishes 😊.
