Despite a few hiccups, we ate very well: excellent finanziera and delicious rabbit. The desserts were also excellent! I would recommend updating the wine list. The staff were kind and friendly.

Delicious baked cod and potatoes

In the center of town, inside the castle walls, I believe, there's this beautiful restaurant spread over several floors. It offers mainly traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a limited selection, but I fully agree with their approach to quality. Everything tastes good, nothing to complain about. I must compliment the excellent rabbit in Arneis, a meat that requires considerable culinary skill. It's truly a wonderful dish, and you can tell the kitchen is run by experienced, elderly women. If I ever get the chance, I'd definitely stop by again. The price is average for the location. Perhaps we forget, but here we are in one of the most enchanting places in the world.
