Had dinner one evening during the week.. It was after 9pm... When others, with the most banal excuses, told you that their service had already ended... Instead, here I was welcomed with great availability and a familiar approach. I had dinner tasting an excellent trio of typical Piedmontese appetizers... sumptuous tartare, veal with tuna sauce and a spectacular Russian salad... A fresh potato gnocchi seasoned with excellent Castelmagno sauce... to make the slipper... To finish, homemade tart with fruit and chocolate... here's some orange peel... mouth-watering!! I was already very full... after finishing the glass of Barbera TOP (strictly Barbera Asigiana), beautifully scented and with interesting complexity... Nice atmosphere, excellent service....what else can I say... Totally adequate for everything I have described to you... Try it too... I'm sure it's worth it!!! Happy Easter and thank you for everything!!

it's December 31, 2024, I'm finishing dinner, perfect cuisine, I guarantee you that everything is prepared properly, very very good and the price, given that it's New Year's Eve, is more than honest (wines included), even the service in the room is impeccable. beautiful evening. thank you all. It's not the first experience in this place, but tonight they outdid themselves.

We had lunch today in this place with friends from Emilia and Romagna. Congratulations for everything. Very kind and patient waiters, amazing dishes and a truly varied wine list. What can I say... we will definitely be back. Well done, well done, well done

09/05/2025: We had a wonderful time Very scrupulous, attentive and kind, they gave us a magnificent experience, not only by bringing us wonderful and delicious dishes (not to mention the Bavarian cream with fregole... divine!), but also by recommending places to visit in the surrounding area, which turned out to be really beautiful, as they described! Ps. Location so beautiful that I would dream of getting married right there!! Thank you Santisè ☀️
20/04/2025: I was in this splendid restaurant for Easter lunch, referred by a friend. Excellent I would say. There was a fixed menu which we asked for a change and there were no problems. The right portions and served with excellent plating.. They have an essential wine cellar so as not to confuse us mere mortals 🤭 with different prices and quality. We opted for a Ruchè remaining in the area. The only flaw of the place is the climate. It was a bit cold inside, but otherwise the place is worth it as it is special. A mix of ancient farmhouse embellished with modern objects. Truly remarkable. Very nice even outside though, given the weather we only took a tour. Highly recommended
