Last night I dined at this restaurant with a group of friends: an exceptional experience. The food was truly excellent and unconventional. I'm not an expert on fermented foods, but not only did I enjoy the pairings, but I found each dish perfectly balanced throughout the tasting experience. The wine list was also remarkable for its quality/price ratio. The service was warm and welcoming. Truly, congratulations!

Very friendly staff, very nice place. We chose a tasting menu and were very satisfied, everything was delicious.

I dined with my wife at this restaurant, ordering the "fabula" tasting menu, consisting of 11 courses of seafood and meat, all excellent. The staff was kind and attentive to their needs. I highly recommend it, as it offers cuisine with a distinctly Eastern influence. The decor is also tastefully decorated, and the tranquil atmosphere allows for a wonderful culinary journey.

The food was truly surprising and delicious, but the gentlemen were especially hospitable and cooked wonderfully. I've rarely experienced such a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Thank you so much!!

Very creative cuisine. We loved the duck, the fish ( don't remember the name sorry). The combination between fermented food and different flavors were perfectly balanced. Making the dishes unique.we Highly recommend the experience. The service was very professional and friendly
