Very creative cuisine. We loved the duck, the fish ( don't remember the name sorry). The combination between fermented food and different flavors were perfectly balanced. Making the dishes unique.we Highly recommend the experience. The service was very professional and friendly

Recensisco ancora una volta questa ottimo locale in quanto ci sono stato più volte e con piacere ho riscontrato sempre delle proposte innovative e mai banali. Trovare tutti i piatti molto buoni è una rara sorpresa ma, estremamente piacevole. Non esiste una definizione esatta per le proposte che subiscono varie contaminazioni da tanti paesi. E’ davvero una proposta unica ed interessante nello scenario Modenese e speriamo non cambi nel tempo. Il conto è allineato con quanto offerto. Anche la carta dei vini è ben selezionata. Ad oggi rimane il mio ristorante preferito a Modena e sono certo ritornerò con piacere. Bravi!!!

Ideal setting for an intimate dinner for couples or friends. Excellent service. The cuisine is certainly very particular, I didn't like it very much, the value for money is questionable in my opinion. The dishes are very refined and the portions very small.

Really special place! Delicious food, particular and refined combinations, tasty recipes and dishes that are also beautiful to look at. Very welcoming staff, exceptional chef Luca. You immediately feel at home, pampered, there is a lot of care for the customer, even in the small details. Then the decor, the music and even the ceramics are simply splendid! I always recommend it, to everyone 👌🏻

Stunning place that left me truly amazed, once I eat here I doubt I will appreciate other places in Modena (I leave my doubts for the starred ones). Very pleasant entree with the hot focaccia which is truly amazing and the wonderful kombucha to finish. Incredible tigelle with a truly surprising flavour, the best I have ever tasted in my life. Ramen a little weaker in flavor (still incredible), but perhaps simply due to the savory boost of the tigelle. Really delicate baba with plum that is a bit reminiscent of Japanese umeoboshi and gives a nice boost. Really kind service, not invasive but at the same time present and pleasant. Many compliments to the chef and a special mention to the sourdough which gives a quantity of incredible aromas. Last note, which is absolutely not intended as a criticism: I am the first to strenuously defend the value of certain high-level products both when talking about quality and workmanship, but in my opinion some prices could be slightly lower. I would like to point out that it is just my opinion, in fact I cannot accurately assess the value of these products as I am not the one preparing them. I end by saying that I thank you guys for giving me this experience, keep it up.

Siamo stati in questo locale in settimana, incuriositi dalla fama ormai consolidata. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione misto di terra e mare. Sinceramente non avrei neanche le parole per descrivere nei particolari la combinazione di sapori che ci ha regalato questo viaggio culinario perchè attraverso procedure quali la fermentazione (ad oggi non ho trovato ristoranti che la propongono) oppure altre procedure naturali abilmente descritte, si arrivano ad assaggiare dei sapori e delle combinazioni quantomeno insolite e nuove, in una serie di abbinamenti che ti portano al limite e ti stimolano anche la mente. Quindi, aldilà dei gusti personali, è un esperienza che merita davvero di essere provata. Per quanto mi riguarda, una delle migliori di sempre a livello culinario. Il locale è originale, moderno e accogliente, con uno stile proprio. Servizio cortese e prodigo di spiegazioni, fin nei minimi dettagli. Conto in linea con l'esperienza. Sicuramente tra i primi ristoranti di Modena. Consigliato.

It is certainly a restaurant that tells the story of the research done on raw materials and on pairings and fermentation... therefore a contemplative experience. I had lunch with my family, we had a very good time. Thank you
