Dishes packaged with the utmost respect for the excellent raw materials, without suspicious coverings of flavors and aromas which have remained authentic... fruit and desserts a foretaste of spring... I also give five stars to the environment because I extend the concept to the reception of the buffet organizers and to all the staff with a very pleasant composure... The need expressed by a guest with an intolerance that I hadn't thought to record was even resolved in an instant... Many thanks to all of you and see you next time.
