We went on a Wednesday when they only do aperitifs… basically fill your plate with an assortment of food for €5. Which is fine and we figured it was a cool concept with student chefs. I was disappointed that none of the food was kept warm and at times tasted stale (ie cold pizza). Didn’t understand why it was even served/sold to guests like that. Perhaps worth a try on other days.

We had 7 people for dinner, we took 7 tasting menus, simply excellent. Very kind waiters, dishes that are an expression of their studies, carefully prepared and tasty at a very good price. Four out of five to the environment, just because it's a bit small, but maybe it's for the best, the guys can take greater care of the dishes they offer.

Siamo stati a cena in 7 persone, abbiamo preso 7 menù degustazione, semplicemente ottimo. Camerieri gentilissimi, portate espressione dei loro studi, curate e saporite ad un prezzo molto buono. Quattro su cinque all'ambiente, solo perchè è un po' piccolo, ma forse è meglio così, i ragazzi possono curare con maggior cura i piatti che propongono.

Restaurant of La Collina degli Olivi

26/08/2024: Patricia and Toni are outstanding hosts. They run this agriturismo with a lot of passion, dedication and joy. The breakfast with local cheeses and cold cuts is excellent. The accommodation was completely renovated a few years ago. Everything is very clean and up to date! Thanks! We'll definitely be back!
27/07/2024: Our stay at La collina degli Olivi was simply unforgettable! Patricia and Toni are outstanding hosts - they were extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful and loving. The rooms are newly renovated and offer incredible views. The service was excellent in every way. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. We can only warmly recommend this wonderful experience. 22/04/2024: Working in the area I happen to taste their pizzas, excellent in my humble opinion. Friendliness of the couple, family management, I see that at lunch time many people help themselves to their products in a narrow but welcoming space. Recommended for those who love crunchy pizza underneath.
