I returned to Ganzo for the third time, and, as always, I ordered the tasting menu with paired wines. Each course was meticulously crafted and excellent. Irene explained the wines very well, and Giada provided excellent service. Everything was supervised by Lapo, a highly knowledgeable host and teacher for the dining room staff. Now I want to try the newly opened Fedora.
A learning environment for culinary and hospitality professionals. It was a pleasure to dine here as a former alumni to TuttoToscano program. Prix Fix menu was a delicious way to go!

My friends and I dined at Ganzo (08 October 25). Our table of four had a very NICE variety for dinner. The FAVES were:
- the Pork Belly dish
- the Sliced Cheese
Of course, the Wine! ❤️🍷❤️
We were warmly welcomed, received the "instructions" for dining as well as received very attentive support for our Waiter, Peppe. The experience was lovely, the atmosphere was cozy, vibrant.
A side note, the music genre was Great!
We shared that two of us are attending the University. We had a good exchange of information flow.
After dinner, I asked a few more questions about the restaurant to another Staff member, Candice. She graciously showed me all the areas and even introduced me to the Chef. The other Staff members were equally Wonderful!
Overall, I'd definitely recommend! I look forward to returning.
