The food is good, the price is fair, the parking is convenient... But if you ask for clean cutlery and they charge you an extra cover charge, you'll be disappointed, that's it...

A truly excellent experience at Ristorante Gambrinus, where Abruzzo traditions are celebrated with passion and meticulous attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying authentic and genuine cuisine. The Abruzzo arrosticini were a true delight: perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, just as tradition dictates. The fresh pasta is another highlight, homemade and impeccably textured. I tried the Anellini alla Pecoraro, a rustic and flavorful dish that speaks of the region in every bite. The ricotta ravioli were also excellent, with a soft and well-balanced filling and a simple yet flavorful sauce that enhances the quality of the pasta. The owner is extremely kind, welcoming, and passionate: you can clearly sense the love he puts into his work and his attention to each customer. The service was courteous, punctual, and very attentive. The quality-price ratio was also excellent. A restaurant I recommend to anyone who loves good Italian cuisine with an authentic soul.

A place where you can eat really well. Pizza, meat, arrosticini, and more. A beautiful location, with just enough space between tables. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

The place is modern and very cute. The food is excellent and the handmade arrosticini are excellent. Unfortunately I didn't get the pizza, but it looked really inviting. The staff, especially the girls, one brunette and the other with ponytails and highlights, offer fast service. The only downside: it's August, there are customers, and you should be happy and go out of your way. Instead, you get annoyed if there are children who don't stay still in their high chairs or elderly people with canes walking in front of you, slowing down the pace... gentlemen, working with the public requires empathy, and in Silvi Marina it seems that in many places, this is a pipe dream.
