A historic and delightful pastry shop in Bologna (strictly under the porticoes). Excellent pastries and perfect coffee, served with water. And the display case, enhanced by the generous filling of creams and red fruits, is also delightful in the savory section. Wonderful welcome and extraordinary professionalism. Their attentiveness, even to the most demanding customers, is admirable. Those who prefer "a parte" (aside). Well done!

Excellent historic café in Bologna, just steps from the heart of the city. The place exudes authentic charm: the wood furnishings tell the story of decades of life and history, a detail that sets it apart from the sea of ​​identical, soulless modern bars. The food is truly good: I tried a miniature Sacher torte and some biscuits, all delicious. It was a quick breakfast, in the company of a dear friend, but enough to understand that quality is king here. The coffee is perhaps the best I've had in Bologna, and the cappuccino—creamy, well-frozen, and served in a generous cup—confirms this. Service gets top marks: kind, calm, professional. Even when some customers at the cash register were at their worst with constant requests and impolite behavior, the staff remained calm and smiling. (Sooner or later, I'll write a guide on how to spot the typical rude customer!) In conclusion, a truly lovely café, one of those places where you immediately want to return. Next time I'll take a more leisurely break to explore the counter better, which promises other little delights to be discovered.

The shop is extremely small, with seating mainly in the outdoor street-facing patio. It's very dirty and no one cleans it; it's all up to the customers to be mindful of their hygiene. The staff are very indifferent. I was more polite and enthusiastic than the staff! I came full of expectations but left disappointed.

It's an excellent choice if you want to stop for breakfast or a small snack; the quality of the products is truly excellent, with a wide selection. The only drawback is the limited space available.
