Great place! This is where you need to go in Scalea, to real simple and tasty trattorias. Take all their local, the meat of Kastratto, something called, is just the bomb, melts in your mouth! And it turns out you can also take a couple of guitars off the walls and have a small concert! I will now go here every time I come and I advise you to! P.S. The candle did not wait for you...

We booked for 10 people and were lucky to find a table. The location was simple, with helpful staff. The appetizer was a plate of typical products: eggplant from the garden, superb cured meats, excellent zucchini, and exceptional cheeses. The first course was goat ragù, pork ragù, and pasta with beans, a traditional, non-industrial pasta. The second course was superb: roasted sausage and meat chops. Scarpetta (a type of bread) was served with all the dishes. A fantastic and unforgettable dinner, enlivened by our friend Michele with the guitar kindly provided by Mrs. Angela (originally from Lucania). A cozy family restaurant serving amazing food. Worth coming those several kilometers from city centre. We've been there for two times and will return for sure!

punto primo, ho chiamato e chiesto se ci fossero dei bus (perché il locale è un po' fuori) e mi sono venuti a prendere e a riportare. punto secondo, i titolari due ragazzi meravigliosi, disponibili, simpatici, chiacchieroni e super onesti. punto terzo, la cena, ho pagato 30€ e ho mangiato un antipasto, un primo abbondante, un secondo che non saprei spiegare perché lo sto sognando ancora di notte, vino, acqua, pane, caffè, amaro, dolce e non so cos'altro, alla fine mi sono lamentato perché era davvero poco. mi sono intrattenuto a chiacchierare con i ragazzi perché volevo sapere di più della loro attività, fanno tutto in gestione famigliare, prodotti a metri zero, mano sapiente delle mamme in cucina, disponibilità e trasparenza, se potessi tornerei tutti i giorni, peccato vivere a 600km. Continuate così ragazzi 🥰
