Il ristorante da Gaia è una garanzia su Oderzo . Piatti buonissimi sia di carne che di pesce, oltre alle eccezionali pizze . Da notare la pasta e i dolci fatti artigianalmente. Personale molto cortese , consiglio !

We had a fish-based lunch to celebrate our grandmother's birthday... Simple but delicious dishes... Very friendly staff, comfortable environment... we will definitely be back to taste the pizza much praised by acquaintances... Caring and attentive owner

Too bad about the long wait for the dishes (when we arrived there was still no one in the room, we received the dishes ordered after an hour). Clean environment and friendly staff.

Simple internal location, nothing special. Maybe if we had been in the summer we could have dined out and it would have been something else. However they are fast and the staff very, very kind. The pizza is amazing! The dough is special, absolutely digestible and light. We didn't try any other dishes.

16/11/2024: We went last night with 4 men, a welcoming place even if a little small. The staff was very courteous and always available, attentive to our needs. Don't expect to find a classic menu, the traditional dishes are revisited, good but unfortunately the original is unbeatable!! I ate a cacio e pepe with passion fruit, good but the passion fruit at the end is too strong and unfortunately covers everything!!! The Albalonga truffle is excellent!! And the portions are generous!! The wine list does not offer many choices, with an eye on Trentino... it would be appropriate to also include some Tuscan and Piedmontese wines. In any case I will be back to try new proposals! Thank you so much

26/12/2024: My wife and I had Christmas lunch. It was a sublime experience, all the courses were excellent and special, from the risotto to the dessert. Congratulations for the service and the courtesy of the owner. We will definitely return to discover other dishes because they certainly deserve to be tasted. Compliments. Gabriel
