We relied on Stefano to organize the catering for our wedding. What can I say? We had a wonderful time! Stefano is incredibly helpful and reliable, and he listened to our every request. I stand by my previous reviews, which are that this place, in my opinion, is a benchmark for good Italian cuisine, a must-try. The vast selection of meats and the skillful fireplace make for a unique experience.

The atmosphere is simple, informal, and clean, a modern take on a traditional trattoria. The staff is welcoming and friendly, without losing their trademark professionalism. The ingredients are absolutely excellent: in addition to appetizers, we ordered two ribs and the house tagliata and were amazed... probably one of the best cuts of meat I've ever eaten!

It doesn't happen to me often, but this place deserves five stars. I do this demanding job with passion and devotion, and seeing this same motivation in the work of others excites me. At Castelletto, there's both: attention to the food, attention to the dining room—in a word: care. We had a wonderful dinner; the dining room was beautiful, with excellent acoustics, an elegant yet understated table setting, a combination of elements that make a restaurant a convivial place. The pleasant feeling of being hosted by someone who doesn't simply want to serve, but to welcome. What we ate (which was delicious) isn't important; what matters is that we had a good time, and that is priceless. We'll definitely be back. A beautiful place that gives hope to an entire sector.
