I ate some excellent classic croquettes and an exquisite capricciosa pizza! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Modern and well-kept place. Friendly and efficient service.

I specifically asked for a pizza made up of tomato, buffalo mozzarella, oregano, anchovies, capers and Taggiasca olives where in the north it is called Bufala Roma. What can I say…. A spectacle, really tasty and delicious. I recommend it to everyone. Fast and punctual service. Well done

I had the pleasure of trying the "A'Cuccoz" pizza and I must say that it was a delight for the palate! The dough was very light, and you could immediately feel the quality of the ingredients used, all excellent and well selected. A little advice: I would slightly reduce the quantity of toasted almonds, which in my opinion were a bit abundant for a pizza, but it still remains an original and tasty proposal. The place is very elegant and with attention to the smallest details, and the bathrooms were impeccable, which I appreciated very much. Great credit also goes to the pizza chef Emanuele, very good and friendly!

We took into account that it was a Saturday evening and we arrived without a reservation, we waited a long time, both inside and outside because it was very crowded but it was really worth it. Let me start by saying that the atmosphere is serious and nice, many people present, families and young calm couples, kind and attentive staff, excellent hospitality. First time I was with Gaetano's family, a humble and well-prepared "boy", he respects his work, excellent pizzas with quality raw materials, attentive to the customer's needs, beyond the product he offers and the entrepreneurship I was (in my case ) happy to have met him and I can say that after chatting with him a bit (about pizza matters, in particular the cartwheel pizza which is very dear and favorite to me) I understood that I was dealing with a boy who in Neapolitan jargon commercially they say "miez a vij sadda sapé campá" which in my personal opinion is very important... in fact he stopped by my table to find out if everything was OK and just with a look at the "cornice" of my pizza he got angry because he wasn't happy with the cartwheel drafting as I requested! I explained to him that it was still exceptional, tasty, soft and fragrant and it seemed in the end that we were all happy, but he was stronger than him....after finishing my pizza, he showed up with another one prepared this time with the drafting that he considered appropriate and in keeping with the cartwheel, to my amazement I appreciated the gesture (absolutely not necessary because the first pizza, I repeat, was a spectacle anyway!) on a personal level and for me it is worth a lot to demonstrate that I was not wrong about the person we just met doing it just a chat. We took four pizzas, a classic buffalo a wheel, a provola and pepe a wheel, a trochetto and a belly is belly, all exceptional, cooked to perfection, light dough, excellent and tasty ingredients and very digestible (without drinking during the night! !) In short, a wonderful experience and I am really happy to have discovered and met Gaetano who, in my opinion, has nothing to envy of many more famous pizza "scientists", indeed I who was born and lived in a neighborhood of Naples where pizza has been and is currently a serious thing, in many years in the area and in the neighboring municipalities as well as Naples I have really tried them all and many of these "scientists" are not even up to the standard of the pizza I ate at Gaetano's. Ottima pizza, locale pulito personale gentile, buonissima frittata di maccheroni ,ci ritorno molto volentieri bravi

Appena arrivato da Milano vado subito in questa pizzeria che seguo volentieri su Ig. Andiamo alle 20:30 e c’è proprio il proprietario Gaetano che ci indica il tavolo in una saletta. La cameriera ci fa accomodare al nostro tavolo e iniziamo a sfogliare il menù sul Qc. Iniziamo con 2 frittatine di cui una alla parmigiana di melanzane poi 2 crocchè e un fiore di zucca. Tutto molto buono e non unto. Ordiniamo le pizze la mia un calzone ripieno e mia moglie una montanara scarpariello. Devo dire la verità abbiamo aspettato un po’ per le pizze ma ci sta il locale era affollato nessun problema perché l’attesa ne è valsa la pena pizze buonissime ma davvero buone buone complimenti Gaetà. Qualità prezzo ottima per i prodotti selezionati. Consigliatissimo
