Entering Fvusion in Cortina d'Ampezzo was a wonderful surprise. A place that manages to combine atmosphere, quality, and personality, offering a fusion of restaurant cuisine and high-end sushi, with attention to detail and flavors. Each dish exudes care and passion, with fresh ingredients and never boring pairings. The service is impeccable: they make you feel welcomed and looked after from start to finish, with professionalism and a smile. The price is absolutely fair for Cortina, especially considering the quality of the overall experience. A place where you don't just go to eat, but to enjoy an evening. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.

Excellent food, especially the vegan one! No complaints about that. As for the service, I think the only redeeming feature is the discount they offer at the end to apologize for the long wait between courses. The waitresses were friendly but poorly trained: 1) I asked for two scoops of ice cream, and they brought one, telling me the other was sold out, without asking if I wanted more. 2) The entrée was brought, but without asking if a vegetarian version was desired, so I ate it alone, and my girlfriend looked at me. So these aren't rude mistakes, but rather mishandled ones, since normally, you ask about dietary preferences first—for ice cream, for example, you ask if there's another flavor you might be interested in, trying to find a solution. Instead, it seems like they're stuck at every limit (e.g., no solution for the entrée, no solution for the ice cream offered).

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant once again, this time in excellent company, sharing the evening with a friend. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfectly in keeping with the exclusive setting of the location: warm lighting, a refined ambience, and a pleasant background music that makes for a relaxing experience. The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always available, making guests feel at ease without ever being intrusive. The main course, Wagyu fillet with foie gras, was simply excellent: the meat was of the highest quality, perfectly cooked, and harmoniously paired, enhanced by an excellent champagne that matched both the dish and the location. The beverage selection is well thought out and enhances the overall gastronomic experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a high-end culinary experience in Cortina, where the quality of the food, atmosphere, and service combine impeccably.

We ate at this restaurant on a Monday night in late October and were amazed to find a fabulous sushi spot in the Dolomites. They surprised us with the desserts at the end…you have to try the cotton candy!

Beautiful place, restaurant is in the hotel area, few staff, food takes a long time to wait, food taste is not outstanding.

Everything was perfect, the product was quality, and I recommend the venison roll. They treated us and our dogs extremely well. The two girls who served us were lovely.

Aside from the high price, it's flawless.
