Good quality products but the dough needs to be completely reworked, rubbery and not at all digestible, there were 4 of us and one of us had strongly expressed that she would receive the pizza only with red piennolo and not as had been proposed, i.e. mixed yellow and red, in the end a pizza with only yellow piennolo was brought with a message from the pizza chef who had recommended only the yellow datterino for its quality and flavor, after sending it back and strictly requesting only the red piennolo, they brought to the table a pizza that had absolutely no red piennolo, in fact it was topped with classic normal red tomatoes which also tasted a bit bitter to the taste, all this to mask the fact that they did not have piennolo tomatoes when they would have done better to say so from the beginning, due to the poor quality of the dough, for the average fried foods which arrived 10 minutes after the order and for the pizzas that arrived almost 45 minutes after the order but above all for the issue of the pizza with piennolo I really think we will not return. more.

08/02/2026: A remarkable discovery in Casagiove: finding a place that serves good fish and knows how to cook it. I was impressed by the fried shrimp and calamari, which was truly delicious. The only flaw with the spaghetti with clams was that it didn't quite hold together with the sauce; I had to add oil to flavor it.

12/03/2026: Perfect. Nothing more to add. We enter and are warmly and kindly greeted by the host, who immediately invites us in and takes a seat, offering our dog some water and food to refuel. We settle in near the fireplace, a romantic setting that already gives us a taste of the warm and tasty lunch to come. We wait a few minutes and order. A few more minutes and the appetizers arrive: a platter of SUPERLATIVE cured meats and cheeses, wonderfully fresh bread, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and delicious bean salad. Then the first courses arrive: mixed pasta with potatoes and provola cheese and spaghetti with clams... Needless to say, we were overwhelmed by a sensation of unparalleled pleasure on our palate (the clams were REALLY fresh). I forgot to mention that we also had a bottle of excellent Piceno Rosso, which paired perfectly with the entire meal. We'd also ordered a beef steak, but we'd reached our limit, and the host kindly removed it from our order, at our request, since we were SO FULL. A top experience for those who want to be pampered by tradition and flavor. Thank you!
