Fusorario In Palermo

Aside from the owner, Ciccio, who is truly the best, you can sit down and enjoy a wide selection of beers (including craft and international ones) and drinks that much more "renowned and tischi tosco" establishments don't have. If that's not enough, you can eat while you drink, with sandwiches, antipasti, burgers, piadinas, and even desserts. Located right in the heart of Palermo's nightlife, it's a hit with tourists and locals alike.

Great experience, clean place with a nice atmosphere. I went with some friends and we ordered a burger with caramelized onions... VERY GOOD. The service was top-notch; the blonde girl who served us was incredibly kind and friendly. ✨

Historic venue. Artisanal, not industrial, cuisine. Sicilian drinks. Spectacular location. Owner with extensive knowledge of Palermo's history. Great host.

Great little bar with a charming atmosphere and affordable prices. It’s located next to the Church of St. Ignatius, which adds a truly Italian charm. The barman was friendly and welcoming. We stopped here for a glass of Aperol almost every night during our visit to Palermo. Definitely worth a visit!
