Rude and rude owner. My family and I booked well in advance to celebrate my mother's birthday. We have always had a great time at this restaurant and have never had any kind of problem. Knowing the location, my mother asks that in the reservation, we specify to go downstairs as the restaurant staircase, despite being very aesthetically beautiful, is not very easy to climb and does not have a handrail until the end. My mother is 85 years old and didn't feel confident climbing that ladder even though she doesn't have any obvious physical problems. When we arrived at the restaurant we discovered that the place inside had been given to a group of people who had actually booked outside, but since the weather was uncertain they had moved them inside, forgetting that we had explicitly asked for a table downstairs. When we point out to the owner that it would have been a big problem for my mother to go up, she begins to rail against us, saying that anyone can make mistakes, that she forgot and that it was fine like that. He also says that rather than apologizing, he didn't know what to do in a rather rude and agitated tone. He also tells us that he can book us a table elsewhere if we want. Being a Sunday in July in Valle Maira and not knowing how to get around, we try to get my mother to take the stairs who can barely get up. We eat lunch trying to forget about what happened, we are served two waiters, one extremely kind and a girl who is also quite rude. The quality of the food has dropped a lot in addition to the questionable service. When my brother goes to pay the owner decided to offer lunch to my mother, which we honestly appreciated a lot, except that when we decided to leave the lady started staring at my mother who was going down the stairs saying phrases like "ah then the lady moves well" as if we had made fun of her. I can understand everything but mocking an 85 year old lady who for her safety had only asked to eat on the ground floor (booking 3 weeks in advance) really seems absurd to me. She appreciates the lunch offered, but it does not justify the sense of guilt and humiliation that was created for her.

Ambiente accogliente,molto bello nel suo arredamento. Cibo ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo avrei qualcosa da ridire. Dolci molto buoni con porzioni abbondanti. La proprietaria si può migliorare.
