Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever seen, with an old-world atmosphere and a warm and welcoming setting. Wonderful, with attention to every detail. The food is excellent quality, primarily meat from the restaurant's own farm, but also plenty of vegetables from the restaurant's own garden. Authentic food, literally 0 km (0 miles). The raw beef was fabulous, the best I've ever eaten. Five courses of truly expertly cooked meat.
A side note, which is absolutely not a criticism but simply a piece of information, is that the service is slow. Slow in a good way, I'd like to emphasize. Every dish is cooked freshly, and that's normal. In my opinion, this further highlights the authenticity of the place. When you come to eat here, you should take your time, enjoy the experience without rushing.

We visited this splendid mountain restaurant today. Its wooden décor and details enchant everyone who enters.
A welcoming and intimate place, suitable for everyone.
Ambience: 10++++++
The food is excellent—in fact, much better than excellent—all fresh and authentic, cooked just right. There's no set menu, but it changes daily.
Perfect for meat lovers, but even vegetarians like me will find exquisite, mind-blowing dishes. Everyone's bellies will be super full!
Compliments to the chef; every pairing was delicious, from appetizers to desserts.
Special mention goes to the wines, especially the house one, and the olive oil, which is truly exceptional.
A special thanks to the two girls who served us: Serena and Cristina, who made our experience unique with their kindness and helpfulness, despite all the people there to serve.

What a pleasant discovery! Passing by on our motorbike we stopped for a casual aperitif and discovered this really nice and quiet place! We will definitely be back for a meat-based dinner!

Mountain restaurant with wooden furnishings, very typical, beautiful space next to the entrance suitable for aperitifs but also lunches during the beautiful summer days. Typical menu of the area, not extensive but enough to satisfy different palates.
We had peppers with bagna cauda, ravioles alla val mairina and guinea fowl with courgettes. Everything was very good but the ravioles even more so. The waiter was very kind. The bill was not excessive. It was a good lunch.

Typical Piedmontese restaurant in the mountains.
That day there was a fixed menu (meat-based🥩 and Surprise?!).
To start there was the pinzimonio (fresh vegetables), then the appetizer of grated carrots and sliced meat 🥓. To continue with the Giro🥘 type dishes 🥣. We were offered/distributed🥣 the dish of the day between veal ribs, polenta concia 😋😋, 🥩 hamburgers, raw meat, baked new potatoes, other meat dishes and cooked vegetables (if you didn't want it you didn't take it, and if you still wanted it you took more). Fast and very courteous service (very kind waitresses).
Organic and excellent quality ingredients.

Per un pranzo tra colleghi abbiamo scelto questo ristorante che propone come piatto forte la carne della propria macelleria. Dalla costata cotta alla griglia, passando per la cotoletta impanata fino allo spezzatino, ogni portata è accompagnata da un contorno ed eseguita in modo magistrale. Ottima carta dei vini. Buonissimi anche i dolci come la crème brûlée al fieno.
