Truly wonderful restaurant in Valle Maira: location with attention to every detail, which creates a warm and welcoming environment, which takes you back in time. Definitely very rich and abundant fixed menu which, from what I understand, varies often. In our case, it was made up of 3 starters (vegetables in dip, platter of cured meats and raw meat cut with a knife) followed by 3 second courses (scaramella, roast lamb and stew), each accompanied by its own side dish (above all, note of merit to tanning polenta). The desserts are also good (not on the menu). Attentive and courteous service

Prazzo ...Characteristic mountain village....the place is an enchanting place...welcoming...you go back in time...excellent food...very kind and friendly managers...all that was missing was that if it snowed...and it would have been perfect....I can write a thousand things but you have to go there...and taste their dishes...mainly meat based....

Ristorante in Valle Maira davvero stupendo: location curata in ogni dettaglio, che crea un ambiente caldo e accogliente. Menù fisso decisamente molto ricco e abbondante, composto da 3 antipasti ( verdure in pinzimonio, tagliere di salumi e carne cruda tagliata al coltello) e a seguire 3 secondi ( scaramella, agnello arrosto e spezzatino), ognuno accompagnato da un suo secondo. Buoni anche i dolci ( fuori dal menù). Servizio attento e cortese. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Ambiente molto curato e molto bello, menù fisso assolutamente tutto ottimo il punto di forza è ovviamente la carne che è spettacolare

A truly beautiful place, well designed, decorated with ancient tools and with lots of good taste. You eat and drink quality!!! Warm environment, so dress lightly under your jackets or coats 😁. I'll be back in a few days 😋 Thank you girls for your effort.

Unique and particular place, very good food and the smile of Cristina who welcomed us made our dinner an excellent experience!

5 courses of excellent meat, rustic and unconventional place to escape from the usual routine, friendly staff. I will definitely return!
