Where do I even start? Let me first talk about the pizzas made by Stefano. We ordered two kinds (as seen in the pictures): one with shrimps and one with red meat. Both were simply outstanding! What impressed me most was the beauty of simplicity in their flavour and that amazing dough. Normally, I don’t even eat pizza crusts, but this time we didn’t leave a single piece of crumb or anything on the plate behind.😋 Now, about the lovely Serena 🌞 from the moment we walked in, she greeted us with her wonderful smile, warm hospitality, and great recommendations. She truly made us feel the Mediterranean warmth through her energy. She and the whole experience definitely deserve all five stars - and a big thank you 👏🏼! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ate a delicious pizza, followed by a delicious dessert. My father toasted with a fine whiskey, while I chose a grappa. Serena and her team are wonderful, welcoming, and genuine people: staying with them was like feeling at home. The restaurant was right behind our vacation apartment, and they were our first encounter after a long journey. That first evening, we treated ourselves to pizza, an aperitif, and dessert... and from there, it became a little tradition: every evening, before bed, a grappa and a dessert to end the day on a sweet note. It's a place I'll always carry in my heart, and I'll gladly return to it when I return to Marotta. The Marche region knows how to welcome us with warmth: in just six days, we felt so at home, we never wanted to leave. Thank you so much.

I'm at a loss for words, such a great restaurant run with heart, dear family, the food, so the pizza 🍕 was super delicious 😋 and the wine was great, we will definitely be back and will recommend you to others

Delicious pizza! The Ascoli olives (especially the truffle ones) are superb. Excellent cocktails, fantastic service!

This place has the most delicious pizza base we've ever encountered. We've been coming here for years, and the food is always delicious. The service is very friendly. As the saying goes: Unassuming on the outside, but top-notch on the inside. We'll be back :)

Fabulous! We were in Marotta unsure of where to eat we were heading back to our hotel and came across Fuoribolla. So we went in and was greeted by Two ladies both spoke perfect English and were so welcoming. We had a few beers (our favourite Morretti) not cheap beers and the food was proper homemade pizza perfectly made. Family run with Dad being the chef. Good atmosphere, immaculately clean. Definitely eat here. we will come here again If I had to give it a star rating it would be a 10!
