16/07/2025: Good food, decent portions, and prices are in line with the place. Unfortunately, I'm taking one star off because of something (I think the owner said) about us when we arrived: we hadn't booked, because when I called around 5:30 PM, the phone rang for a long time without an answer. So I decided to stop by that evening, around 7:30 PM, and ask if they had any room. All I had to do was reply, "No, sorry, we're full," and we'd book for the following evening, and eat elsewhere that evening. Instead, while the very kind waiter was finding us a table, informing us that we'd have to vacate the table in just over an hour (which wasn't a problem for us), the other gentleman who arrived said, "Did they book? Because if there's no room, there's no room... they had to go to the restaurant." So I showed him on my phone that I'd called, but no one had answered. In the end, we ate, and the waiter was kind, and at precisely 8:40 PM, the table was free. But sometimes, if you find the wrong customers, one word too many can cause you to lose them. Courtesy should always come first. If you're busy, just say so, and as I said before, we wouldn't have had any problems.
12/07/2025: After a touching visit to the "White War" museum in Temú, we stopped at Cavallino! The service was very fast despite the restaurant being almost full! Traditional dishes... of the highest quality. We're not given to easy praise, so this positive review is truly appreciated. Franco and Maria Rosa
