Locale particolare, non molto ampio e con tavoli fissi da 2, 4 o 6 posti, comodo perché l'ingresso è diviso in base al numero di commensali rispetto alla disponibilità interna. Personale cordiale e simpatico. Cibo di ottima qualità e prezzi in linea con l'offerta. Vengo spesso e non ho mai avuto problemi, consiglio di provare almeno una volta la pizza, non ve ne pentirete!

excellent focaccia, because it is a round focaccia and not a pizza. the possibility of combining multiple flavors in a single wheel is excellent. a little disappointed by the desserts. all in all good value for money. the place is nice but as soon as you enter you immediately notice the strong smell of the food which then stays on you all the way home. another flaw of the place is the narrow and poorly maintained bathrooms.

Fuoco lento è uno di quei locali che vorresti tenere sotto casa. Scoperto un po’ per caso e subito apprezzato per il suo format che accontenta un po’ tutti. Accolti con un entreè di crostini con fagioli alla messicana proseguiamo con i fritti, che dire…o t t i m i ! Poi abbiamo preso la pizza fatta nel ruoto con un impasto di mix di farine condita in modo gustoso e con prodotti di qualità adatta per due persone davvero buonissima. Ma ciò che ci ha poi sorpreso è la stata la pasta alla genovese, a gusto personale mai mangiata una così buona, siamo rimasti sorpresi ! Come dolce una sbriciolona alla Nutella servita calda che nella sua semplicità ci ha conquistato. Servizio cortese e preparato nonostante la loro giovane età. Conto onesto. Ci vedremo spesso

Pizza non Pizza 🍕 ma veramente eccezionale. Pizza nel ruoto . Buona leggera ( se ne mangi metà) ma veramente particolare. Ero già stato in questo Ristorante/Pizzeria che fa una pizza particolare . Mi ricorda sapori antichi. Veramente da ritornarci sempre.

09/01/2025: Top notch cuisine, we had roasted octopus, pork, carpacci, and fish. A must were in Naples.
08/01/2025: A top restaurant in a city that is not always well known. Intimate setting and typical decor with objects linked to Neapolitan culture. And what about the kitchen? A big congratulations to the chef. We are happy to pay for flavors and work like this. GRAZIE! 2 French people who will return.
