I wanted to change my mind, we're back....maaaa. ordered sheep skewers overcooked and tiny....decent fillet..1 kg of danish...tasteless and T.D.K. danish... not even close. Cooked properly. Medium-high bill. But, for goodness' sake. NEVER again... Dutiful note, delightful and smiling staff... keep them in mind... too bad about the rest...

I recommend this restaurant mainly for the very good food but no less for the kindness and friendliness. We were a table of 7 people and we were all happy, satisfied and had a wonderful moment of relaxation inside the restaurant. Very clean bathrooms, well-kept place and heavenly hand-cut ham 🙏🏼 Two of the dishes we ate..

A guarantee, excellent welcome and impeccable service. Fuoco Lento turned out to be an excellent discovery, starting from the welcome entrée, a ham, cooked by them "exceptional", to the first choice meat cooked in a superlative way. The server's advice is special and makes you feel at home. Clean and private place. Super recommended! I will happily return! Well done and congratulations!

Almost everything was sufficient, the starters were good, the cheek was good for the main courses, the braised meat was too expensive for a bit of meat attached to a large bone, for what you paid a cold Catalan and some dried up cream puffs, the discreet and noisy place boundless into nothingness

🔝 The best meat restaurant between Anzio and Nettuno. The quality of the meat is undisputed. There are cuts of meat from every part of Italy and the world, all with the usual checks and documentation. The first courses are spectacular, and (which is usually not the case) the desserts are all homemade and are EXCELLENT. The staff is very kind and the service is fast. The owner is a beautiful person, the place is well looked after and all covid regulations are respected in the best possible way. I go there and will return often. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

28/07/2024: Situato in zona Torrenova in una strada secondaria con possibilità di parcheggio. Locale carino e pulito. Staff molto cortese e competente. Menu molto vario. Buonissima la pasta. Grande varietà di carne.

27/07/2024: We came across this place by chance, where we noticed Roman specialties and top-notch meat, as well as the friendliness of the staff. Welcoming location and Annamaria the owner of the restaurant very nice!!!....we will definitely be back as soon as possible.
