Very nice and organized restaurant, with trained, professional and friendly staff but above all... excellent meat. We had a great time: from the starters to the dessert everything was of excellent quality. Roast ribs, venison and shank have an edge. Highly recommended

The food was amazing. I had the best tartar here in Italy. The server Mario was very cordial and on point. If I'm passing thru here I would stop again.

27/08/2024: The croissant was delicious, but the cappuccino was not prepared. Fresh only from coffee concentrate.
26/08/2024: Best place in Rome. The capuchino was excelent. All staf was so friendly. I felt like I was a part of big family. I will definately return here.

27/10/2024: Ristorantino molto carino assolutamente sopra la media delle tristi e care proposte di Subiaco. I proprietari gentilissimi, le pietanze molto buone. Davvero una piacevole scoperta dopo la grande delusione dell'albergo presso il quale alloggiavamo! E dopo la desolazione del paese ... sicuramente lo consigliamo!
13/08/2024: A very pleasant discovery! We stumbled upon it by chance one evening when we were passing through Subiaco. Small, well-kept bistro, you can feel that it is run with the spirit of welcoming the guest. Really good food, I loved the CBT pork fillet, cooked very well and with really well matched contrasts. The desserts are also remarkable. You eat and you feel good. I gave the service four stars only because there is a little something to fix in coordination and timing. Congratulations guys, we will definitely be back.
