The best grill restaurant in the province

A very charming place surrounded by greenery. The lady welcomed us graciously, and the staff was knowledgeable and very courteous. The food is truly delicious. Top-quality local products, expertly prepared. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.

I've been to this place several times, but the last time I felt really cheated. I really wanted to eat a Florentine steak. On the menu, it said the minimum cut for a Florentine steak was one kilo. That was exactly what I wanted. The waitress came over, I ordered the one-kilo Florentine steak, and she said, "Are you sure you can eat it all?" I was a bit taken aback and told her, "Sure, I'll eat it all." After a while, she came over with a slice.

This historic grill restaurant is located in a secluded spot in the Abruzzo countryside, just a few kilometers from the sea. Its location makes it feel like you're inland, making it all the more charming. The setting is spectacular. The food is superb. I tried the pecorino alla callara, a delicacy for those who love strong flavors. The meat is incredibly tender and flavorful, and it's impossible not to dip your bread in the sauce. It's served as an appetizer, but it can also be enjoyed as a main course. If you decide to order it as an appetizer, I recommend sharing it with someone else, as it's quite generous. The 1.3 kg Florentine steak from the old Padana cow was truly exceptional. There's nothing more to say. From the location to the service to the quality of the dishes served, everything was truly excellent.

We've been eating there for many years during our vacations. It's a bit out of the way but in stunningly beautiful surroundings with a lovely garden. The restaurant is decorated in a country-style. The food is fantastic. No pizza, pasta, or seafood, but excellent meat dishes and other typical local specialties. Amalia, the owner, takes great care of her guests. We'll be back.

Beautiful restaurant in the beautiful Abruzzo countryside. We shared a platter between three of us and ordered three traditional first courses, all delicious and plentiful. Great prices for wine, water, and coffee. They were incredibly kind because, unfortunately, we made a mistake in our reservation, but they still found us a table! Thanks again!
