Dinner for four at this restaurant, my first time. The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, with a charming entrance through a well-kept garden. We were warmly welcomed and immediately escorted to our table, outside under the portico. The tables are adequately spaced, allowing for comfortable movement and adequate privacy. The service is quick and friendly, the dishes are tasty, and the selection features local products; some dishes are slightly revisited. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be back.

A charming place, top-quality meat cooked to perfection, friendly staff who know how to offer the best recommendations, and a welcoming and cheerful owner. It's a shame I don't live in the area, otherwise it would be my favorite restaurant, but if I ever return to Abruzzo, I'll definitely be back. Oh, and the price surprised me, too; even though I ate a succulent Fiorentina steak, it was honest and fair. Congratulations to everyone for the work you do! Rosita ..

We went to this restaurant last night, recommended by a friend; we were just passing through. What can I say? A wonderful atmosphere, excellent food, to say the least. We ate wonderfully, and the service from the staff was nothing short of excellent. The location is superb, surrounded by greenery, in peace and tranquility. A special thanks to the young waiter (we didn't ask his name, unfortunately). He gave us excellent advice, especially on the wine, explaining every single detail to us. You could feel the passion he puts into what he does! We'll definitely stop by again when we return to the area! WELL DONE! Elena and Roberto

We were at Fuoco26 yesterday during our vacation. It was a lovely visit; the people there were very welcoming, the food was truly delicious, and the atmosphere was dreamy. I can only recommend it!

La Grotta dei Raselli

23/07/2025: Romantic dinner in the cave... a wonderful dinner experience: we chose a selection of cold and hot appetizers; two main courses (guinea fowl and beef), and a mille-feuille cake: carefully selected raw materials cooked to perfection by the young chef, who welcomes and looks after you along with all the very courteous and professional staff. Excellent wine cellar. Yesterday, July 22, 2025, we returned for lunch and, in addition to confirming the dishes (we chose cod appetizers and an amazing cod stew), we finished with a selection of excellent desserts, in which we were delighted to appreciate the moderate use of sugar to leave room for the main ingredients. Thanks to the young taster Cristian, with whom we appreciated the excellence of Franco, the owner's cellar, including the highly recognizable and typical aromas of the new 2021 Trebbiano by Valentini and a W. & J. Graham's port, or simply Graham's, an excellent port wine producer. One of the most important port names: consider that Graham's must declare a vintage for the year for it to be considered vintage by the port industry. Thanks to everyone at Grotta dei Raselli for the new experience!
22/07/2025: Abruzzo always has pleasant surprises in store. A country restaurant on a road that runs through the area between Bocca di Valle and Guardiagrele. The elegant and modern dining room, with the option of a table in the cave, features a wine cellar. Attentive, friendly, and professional service, with a menu featuring dishes featuring quality local produce. The bread basket, with two variations, was also excellent. I tried the chitarrina pasta with meatballs and the grilled lamb: both excellent. The price was consistent with the quality, without being overpriced. Even though it was 2:00 PM, there was no problem seating us.

Trattoria Taverna Teate

28/06/2025: Chieti is a quiet city in central Italy, a bit decadent in some places. The Teatini, on the other hand, have proven to be simple and very welcoming people. The Teatino menu is a nice mix of land and homemade pasta. Lots of flavors. The Teate is a nice place that has been appreciated for its service and good food. Very good. And the bill will leave you speechless W Chieti sleepy
