Massimo is a true piadina maker (and more...) from Romagna, friendly, chatty, and makes the best piada I've ever eaten. Two generations of piadina makers are there to see and feel! Excellent!!!

We bought three crescioni to take home. We loved them. It's a shame it's not close by, otherwise we'd go more often! The owner is friendly, and the wait is short. I recommend it!

29/10/2025: The piadinas and crescioni are very good, and the selection is wide. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because I always have trouble paying with the POS terminal. I have a debit card (Mastercard). This is NOT acceptable in 2025, considering that many POS terminals don't charge commissions below a certain threshold. I had to search for a bank several times to withdraw money because the owner never responded to my request. It's unfortunate, as I'm in Ravenna for work, and if I had stayed nearby, I would have returned more often.
