Locale piccolo e accogliente, molto familiare, nel senso di "casa", arredato con un sacco di immagini di manga e anime. Cucina più che apprezzabile, porzioni abbondanti, sushi fresco, un ottimo chirashi di anguilla (unaghidon). Prezzo onestissimo.

Tried it today for the first time, a small and very atmospheric place, very good food, perfect eel chirashi, not too much rice and tasty enough, not too salty. Competitive price. Well done!

Fujiyama hot is a journey into the belly of a gentle dragon: sushi like spaceships of rice and dreams, zen butler service, futuristic manga atmosphere. It's not a dinner: it's a poetic ritual between salmon sirens and wasabi flamenco. You enter hungry, you leave looking like a ninja. Recommended during the week without the folklore of people who don't know how to be in the world on Saturdays. Uramaki main course to order with your eyes closed with your finger on the menu. I'm just saying iucudi.

Organised delivery and got the platter for two, was very generous and was happy to pay the cost. Seafood was really nice though I do find the sashimi to be cut a little thick.

03/10/2025: Everything was okay, good, but not as exceptional as other places. The shrimp ravioli was a bit gnocchi, and the other things I tried were generally pretty standard. The staff was friendly and helpful.

30/07/2025: Yoshinobu, I came across this restaurant because of the three chopsticks on the red shrimp (which are a symbol of Italian sushi masters). The master says little, does a lot, and makes his work heard: masterfully crafted nigiri, the freshest fish of the highest quality, paired with perfectly seasoned rice. As I told the master, the food here is better than in many places in Japan. The tuna cheek literally blew me away, its flavorful yet delicate, as only the Japanese know how. I can't wait to visit Master Yoshinobu again; I recommend a visit to everyone.
