Fujiyama hot is a journey into the belly of a gentle dragon: sushi like spaceships of rice and dreams, zen butler service, futuristic manga atmosphere. It's not a dinner: it's a poetic ritual between salmon sirens and wasabi flamenco. You enter hungry, you leave looking like a ninja. Recommended during the week without the folklore of people who don't know how to be in the world on Saturdays. Uramaki main course to order with your eyes closed with your finger on the menu. I'm just saying iucudi.

Organised delivery and got the platter for two, was very generous and was happy to pay the cost. Seafood was really nice though I do find the sashimi to be cut a little thick.

Here's a polished review you can use: I had an amazing experience at Fujiyama Sushi! I ordered the salmon nigiri and the salmon avocado roll, and both were absolutely delicious. The quality of the fish was top-notch—super fresh and flavorful. You can really tell they care about the ingredients they use. A big shoutout to Lorenzo, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. His service was outstanding and added so much to the whole experience. If you’re a sushi lover, I highly recommend checking this place out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice little place to eat excellent sushi, the quality of the food is very good and satisfying, the sashimi dishes and uramaki convinced me, while the chicken with mushrooms and bamboo seemed a little watered down, I expected it to be denser but all in all it was good. A few discordant notes on the drinks (as a matter of personal taste!), in fact as wines an obligatory choice for the bottle, no option for a glass or a half liter of bulk wine. Ordered still water (whole plastic bottle...) and jasmine tea (just one glass), of which I was expecting at least a teapot... Despite everything, for the quality of the food, for the quick and polite service, and for the welcoming environment, the opinion remains very positive, and I would gladly go back... as long as I could find parking...🤭😉

We passed by the place by chance and from the looks of it it seemed like one of those welcoming and simple places where you eat well. And so it was. It doesn't have an all you can eat formula, but with 20 euros each we were satisfied. So we spent less than a normal all you can eat and we ate even better. Generous portions. Friendly staff, welcoming environment. We will return :)
