Very good pastries, quality products, especially granitas and brioche with tuppo, which I ate repeatedly in the 10 days I stayed at Patta with my family. I also tried the cakes, single portions, breakfast products and excellent ice cream. The only flaw is the cannoli. I'm from a town in the province of Enna where the ricotta is exceptional, there's no comparison with the one offered at Fuitina. It seems like a very flavorless cream mouse, which is to be expected if you can't find an old-fashioned ricotta. Good prices considering the quality of the products and the work that goes into it. The service could be improved. I think the staff is seasonal and they have a hard time finding them, so they have to make do, even if some of the waitresses were very good and nice. Of all the similar places I've tried at Patta (I think I've tried everything over the years), it's practically unbeatable.

Today we were here at Fuitina, the lemon granita was delicious, the strawberry one a little less so, the brioche was very good and not dry, the desserts were also good, the service was fast, I recommend it!!!
