25/05/2025: A two-day vacation in Teramo. On the advice of some residents I come across this local Osteria Tipica. The welcome from the staff and the manager Valeria was impeccable. I immediately understood that the management is entrusted to a young kitchen brigade with a great desire to satisfy the palates of all customers. The proposals of the Chef and manager of the restaurant are not at all predictable. They work with high-quality materials, enhancing the typical products of the area.
