You run to Andrea without looking at the time and discover, shortly after, that it was about to close. He and his team prepared our dinner in no time with the usual enthusiasm that has distinguished them for years now. Always smiling, available, prepared for every request. The raw material is never discussed. For some it may be expensive, for others it is a tribute to the constant search for a quality product that has never compromised since day one.
