Found by chance, wandering the streets of Palermo, near the Vucciaria market. A great discovery: a really nice local fast food restaurant with good food. There is a wide choice of food and drinks that wink at Sicilian products. Pleasant and plentiful food. Helpful and kind service. I would like to point out that we arrived after hours so we certainly benefited from the service. The environment is very pleasant, characterized by writings in macaronic English: they bring smiles.

Highly recommended! We had 2 burgers, both delicious and for dessert the cannoli in a glass, you absolutely must try it, it's nothing short of delicious! The waiters were very nice, very kind and very approachable! You could see there was harmony between them!
The place is really nice and original, we had a lot of fun reading the English terms written in Italian style!

Although the veg offering has reduced and the service has slowed down a bit, Fud defends its offer of a historically informed fast food restaurant, with local and excellent quality products in an architecturally interesting space managed by attentive and helpful staff.

Being Canadian I am fussy about our burgers and fries. We opted for the Chicken burger and it was very large and good. The fries first came cold an had to be sent back. If you are expecting the double blanched you will be disappointed. Their regular fries are actually like a shoe string fry and not my favorite.

Nice burger restaurant in a good location. Nicely decorated, the food is good, great burgers and very good house wine. Friendly service and really ok for the price.

I tried Fud in Catania and I had a wonderful time, in Palermo unfortunately I had a really bad time, out of 4 sandwiches all 4 were cold, a portion of chips never arrived and was obviously canceled from the bill
It was raining, and sitting outside you practically eat under the water obviously we and other people changed tables, all the staff in panic
Cutlery arrived dirty with food and had to be changed
It's a shame because it could really be top if they had a little more attention
