FUD is a place that I love both for the quality of the food and for the informal, young and cheerful environment that characterizes it.
We greet each other on first terms, order and are served with a smile.
Typical menus and notices with the words in English but written as they are pronounced (we are open becomes ui ar open).
The burgers are packaged with excellent local products, a careful choice of cheeses, meats and vegetables, my favorite is the shiek burgher. There are also vegan variations that I have never tried. While the parmigiana sandwich among the vegetarian dishes is a spectacle.
The desserts are well made, I recommend the tiramisu or the cischeic (cheesecake).

Informal place, specializing in burgers.
The idea of calling the dishes with their "Italianized" English names is very nice.
We took two burgers (Baffalo and Dabol), potato wedges with onions and cherry tomatoes and two decomposed cannoli.
Excellent raw materials (one of the two burgers is served with a very good pizza pan).
The place is a bit noisy, which makes it difficult to have a conversation inside.
Price absolutely in line (€48.50) But overall an excellent dinner!

The idea of not having a reservation during the weekend is nice. Place of beautiful university memories. Tables outside are a bit small, definitely better to sit inside, even at the counter. Great service and great food. Wide choice of burgers and sandwiches (could be bigger). The prices of draft beer are also excellent, I recommend getting the half-litre ones. Clean bathroom, curious interior. Open kitchen. I'll be back.

We enjoyed it so much here that we ordered there on the same vacation. The staff was really nice and really loved children. We were even surprised with a balloon at the end.

We had lunch with them on Sunday 5th, we were 6 adults and 6 children, you know, people panic when faced with this but they don't.
They were very courteous and efficient, and the food was very good with many variables to be able to respect everyone's needs and many variables also for celiacs (who as you well know always have difficulties).
We were very happy and satisfied.

Siendo canadiense soy exigente con nuestras hamburguesas y papas fritas. Optamos por la hamburguesa de pollo y era muy grande y bueno. Las papas fritas primero se enfriaron y tuvieron que ser enviadas de vuelta. Si esperas el doble escaldado te decepcionará. Sus papas regulares son en realidad como una sartén de zapato y no mi favorita.

Il panino con carne di asino e fritti siciliani è un'esperienza gustativa unica, perfetta per chi cerca sapori autentici e intensi. La carne di asino, tenera e dal gusto deciso, viene spesso marinata con spezie locali che esaltano la sua naturale sapidità. Accompagnata da fritti come panelle o crocchette di patate, realizzati con ingredienti siciliani freschi, aggiunge una nota croccante e golosa al morso. Il tutto è arricchito da ingredienti tipici della tradizione isolana, che conferiscono un mix perfettamente bilanciato di dolcezza e acidità. Un panino che racconta la Sicilia ad ogni morso.
