The best sandwich of all. I had the biutiful with porchetta, pan-fried vegetables, and olive pâté. 🔝 the fries with provola and pancetta. The bread was excellent, as was everything else. The vegan cake with cream was delicious. It's not the first time, and it's always been confirmed for the high level of quality products. Excellent service. FUD Bottega Sicula offers a variety of sandwiches, burgers, focaccias, and pizzas made with high-quality Sicilian ingredients. The restaurant is well-decorated and bright, with seating available inside, at the counter, or outside. My experience was positive, but there were some flaws with some dishes. Le Bec potetos cis: I found the potatoes floury, not crispy, and too salty; the bacon was already salty. Cresi ors (horsemeatballs): The bread was good, but the meatballs were a bit dry, with only the onion providing flavor. The horsemeat is very lean, and needed more seasoning. Baffalo burger: The burger was average, with the onion flavor and especially the barbecue sauce prevailing. The bread was a bit too crunchy, and the bottom was really tough. Parmigiana burger: It was scorching hot, with the eggplant slightly raw, but very rich in seasoning. Average service and perhaps slightly high prices for starters.

Good chinoto Burger with or without gluten

We went to this restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of a friend. We had a burger and a sandwich with cured donkey meat. The flavors were good, but the burger was a bit raw inside—it's a shame the fries weren't included. The beer was very good. The prices were high, but that's now a feature of almost all of Palermo.

The food and service was great. I ordered the buffalo bbq burger, but considering the price, it did not impress me, especially since it didn't come with any sides too. Might as well go to McDonald's and get more for less.

Found by chance, fantastic burgers with top-quality, refined ingredients. Very good draft beer.

Non avevamo la prenotazione ed era così affollato che non potevamo avere un tavolo, ma prendiamo qualcosa al bar e si sentiva odore ogni piatto che passava attraverso i nostri occhi, tutto molto bello. Si presenta come uno dei più recenti Palermo e consigliato posti per mangiare, quindi dovremo tornare un"altra volta!

Wat hebben we hier heerlijk gegeten! Als je net even iets anders wil dan de authentieke italiaanse gerechten. Kun je hier prima dineren. We hebben zelf 2 burgers gehad met frietjes ernaast. Daarbij hebben we in het buitenland nog nooit goede friet gehad, hier dus wel wat heerlijk. Hartelijk dank voor de fijne avond en gastvrijheid. We hebben een fijne en comfortabele avond gehad.
