Invited to an event, beautiful location. Several events at the same time, a bit of confusion... the service was affected.

We were at an event and therefore I can only judge the location which is beautiful and with a simply breathtaking view of Etna.

This hotel has the most lovely gardens, pool and the most breathtaking view of Mt Etna. The hotel itself is stylistically minimalist with clean and comfortable rooms. We met the chef and he and his staff produce the most delicious food, I especially enjoyed the spin of the Salad Caprese and fingers crossed he remembers to email me the recipe. The staff were all very friendly, we were especially taken with the waiter who worked in the restaurant in the evening. He managed to make our evening dinners fun. We aren’t big breakfast people so it wasn’t a problem for us but there wasn’t much choice in the morning, only cereal, cake & fruit so that could be a drawback for some

We had dinner at this restaurant during the holidays. The place is elegant, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Etna, the staff is competent and helpful but above all the food is excellent and the price is reasonable. Super recommended.

It was an interesting experience. Started at the pool bar, it was very nice and the staff was excellent. We were there on a sunday. Apparently they don't have many guests on sundays, because there was no one else eating dinner but me and my husband. So we asked to sit outside to eat and it was wonderful, with stunning views. The receptionist had to be our server and she was very nice and service minded. The pasta was great. The only downsides were that the AC made a lot of noise, and the breakfast was almost nothing (not worth the 9 euros per person). But maybe the breakfast is better when there are more than three rooms booked. All in all: it was a little bit wierd when there were almost no other guests, but the staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!

Piatti tipici locali eccellenti, rivisitati in versione gourmet. Location molto suggestiva con uno scorcio sulle pendici dell'Etna. Ottimo anche il servizio.
