My partner, my five-month-old daughter, and I visited La Fucina di Vulcano in early November. It was a wonderful culinary and scenic experience: the place is meticulously maintained and enjoys a stunning location, with a direct view of Mount Etna. The dishes are prepared with great care and offer authentic flavors. A truly special place, absolutely worth a visit.

Absolutely flawless! I stumbled upon this place by chance, after enjoying a small ice cream in Bronte. Honestly, I wasn't disappointed at all. The welcome was incredibly pleasant, cordial, and warm. The evening meal was simply perfect, with pistachio in every dish. And in the morning, upon waking, a completely unobstructed view of Mount Etna—just perfect for breakfast! Thank you a thousand times over for this wonderful place.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch here. What a treat! The vegetarian lunch was also wonderful. A magnificent view of Etna. We will definitely return, this time with an overnight stay.

My wife and I visited for a cooking class. We had a wonderful time! Irene was a gracious host and the chefs taught us how to prepare a fantastic Sicilian meal. The venue, the food, the wine, the staff… everything was exceptional. When we return to Sicily we will certainly be staying with them.

Enchanting place, privileged view of Etna, kind and friendly staff, I didn't have the chance to see the rooms, I went there to ask for a wedding quote absolutely out of the market maybe not for the food proposal but for the decorations and everything that revolves around a wedding.... I stayed for dinner, unfortunately the food wasn't to my liking, the service in the hall was really low level considering the structure and the prices, the girl was really kind and helpful, however I suggest training with staff with more experience in the hall and a foreign language course.

We chose La Fucina di Vulcano as our wedding venue, enchanted first and foremost by the view of Mount Etna, its pure and majestic beauty, but also by the friendly, warm, and professional approach of the owner, Irene, and her young and competent team. The venue is truly beautiful, elegant, and minimalist, recognizing that creating something classy requires a light touch and letting nature do its thing. The cuisine is amazing; we requested a vegetarian menu and were offered rich, thoughtful, and balanced dishes—in short, not the usual frittatas, grilled vegetables, and potatoes that often appear on vegetarian menus at events. They were also very attentive to the allergies and intolerances of the guests we reported. The evening after the wedding, my wife and I slept in one of La Fucina's rooms. Consistent with the entire style, it was understated, elegant, and clean. Many compliments to Irene for what she has created and to the people who work with her, always available, kind, and thoughtful. I felt at home and I don't know what better I could say.
