Frumento & Fermento In Pavia

Modernista has the best burgers in Pavia! I never expected such good burgers from a bar, but every time I return to Pavia I always come here; it's become my little indulgence. My favorite is "Sì, lo voglio" (Yes, I want it), which is truly delicious. The staff is always kind and welcoming, the service is excellent, and the place (including the bathroom!) is always clean. I've never left Modernista disappointed. Thank you 🫶🏻

The atmosphere is very pleasant, cheerful and full of young people, with very kind waiters. One flaw: all the cups and straws are plastic! Too bad, too bad, too bad.
