It's really worth going there for the dough with traditional grain flours and long leavening times,
for the excellent Sicilian condiments, with extensive use of Slow Food Presidia, and for the competent welcome. Lastly, don't forget to try the arancini or the scacciate with trunzo cabbage from Aci

All the pizzas we had here were great - I want to highlight the pistachio pizza with bologna, this was up there with the best pizzas I have ever had! The arancini here are also very good, not too greasy and very fresh.

After trying the Modica location, this time we went to Acireale and it was a very pleasant confirmation. The lime potato chips are excellent to start with but the pizzas are really top, especially with the Sicilian dough that is honeycombed and crunchy at the same time. A destination that confirms itself as a "must go" for pizza lovers.

A confirmation of excellence!
We went to the Pizzeria Frumento in Acireale after having already tried the Modica location, and this time too the experience was extremely positive. We started with potato chips seasoned with lime juice: an original and fresh idea that we appreciated very much. For the pizzas, we chose two types of margherita, which were able to maximize the unique flavor of the dough.
The dough is extraordinary: light, fragrant and perfectly leavened, accompanied by the highest quality ingredients that tell the story of the territory. The attention to detail and passion for offering an authentic and refined product is evident.
The welcome was also impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. Frumento confirms itself as a guarantee, both in Acireale and in Modica. We can't wait to return!
