However, my favorite pizzeria today was a disappointment. The wheat dough didn't convince me at all. It is a mix of the previous "siciliano" and "perciasacchi", but the result is a gummy, low and heavy dough. It wasn't like this in the past. Maybe a bad evening. The ingredients remain of the highest quality. I'll be back to check.

Good pizza, really good ingredients. Staff responsible for taking orders, not always kind to foreign audiences who perhaps don't understand something from the menu which can be downloaded with a QRcode which is not very readable. Drinks not up to par.

The place is very nice, dining at the outdoor tables in the square has a certain effect especially at sunset... Staff attentive and available to advise. The pizzas are good, with a choice between wheat dough or Neapolitan dough, I found the wheat one a little "heavier", but still tasty. Convenient to receive the box to take away the leftover pizza, avoiding waste and enjoying it even the next day. I recommend trying the free-range lime chips, delicious. The sausage and fennel pizza has a particular flavor, except that the fennel prevails at the end, covering the rest of the flavor a little too much. Local products are highly valued, the taste benefits!!!

A great evening at Frumento which is undoubtedly one of the best pizzas in Italy (no joke). Ask for Mario, this is “Numero Uno”. The team is great. And the equally charming setting + reasonable prices for the super quality. Run there!
