I love my city and our traditions and last night I wanted to introduce and try the flavors of our land to my two fellow diners who were in Acireale for work. I couldn't have chosen a better place to make a good impression. The service was attentive, kind, helpful and never invasive; they even brought the whole and fresh trunzo di Aci from the kitchen to show to those who were wondering how it was made. We ordered the lemon and pepper chips, 3 arancini: sauce, masculine and trunzo, the cod with the trunzo, two pizzas with their wonderful Sicilian dough (rye and mushrooms and taleggio), two beers, 2 waters, a soda and a bitter. The bill was proportionate not only to the quantity but also to the quality of the food and choice of ingredients. Welcoming place. Everyone was very satisfied, received compliments for the choice. Highly recommended.

The food was excellent, but I have no idea if it was what I ordered. The card is difficult to read. It's unclear which dish is which. Most are pizzas but it doesn't say so. The service was average and not very nice. Price slightly higher than in other restaurants. Restaurant atmosphere? A bit like in chain stores.

Pizza with cartwheel dough different from the usual one, it is chewier and less digestible. The quality of the ingredients has also dropped compared to before. It's a shame, because the food was good. The service has always been excellent, but this time the server cleared my boyfriend's table while I was still eating and took my plate away while I was still eating the pizza. We regret these inconveniences. Let's hope they recover so we can go back as before.
