Frumentario In Roma

Spectacular place in Rome for Pizza. Frumentario offers “pizza squares” with various toppings, for around 24€ per kilo. You go, decide for the toppings, they heat it up for you, and then you can stand outside on one of the tables and enjoy the pizza with a beer or soft drink. The service was really friendly, card payment possible, and the pizza tasted sensational. The dough was nice and fluffy, and the topping was outstanding. Especially the creams they put after heating the pizza up was really the cherry on the top. I can absolutely recommend this place - and will come again surely!

Great pizza by the slice/weight. They were quite welcoming and kindly explained the variety of selections available for the day. All were different and "not your typical" varieties. We tried four and all were amazing and delicious. Most certainly worth the visit!

Excellent pizza, unique flavors and very fragrant. It's a shame the location is very small and there are no tables. Prices are quite high.

Tonight my husband and I tried this pizzeria, ordering several different pizzas with a wide selection of top-quality ingredients. The dough was very easy to digest, light, and crispy. It was the best pizza we've ever had in Rome. Better than other well-known names. The supplì were delicious. The staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable for the quality. We'll be back soon!

Now a weekly staple, crunchy, healthy, with top-quality ingredients. Unique combinations. The pizzas are finished as they leave the house. You can tell the great research behind this project. 👏

The dough is incredibly firm, soft yet fragrant, well-leavened, and a little less salty than average. The toppings and combinations are often unusual but very pleasant. The flavors are mostly delicate, but with a few exceptions. The price is slightly above average, but very reasonable. This pizza is worth trying.

So there's no need for too much fanfare. The staff is friendly, the dough is delicious, the pizza is well-seasoned, and you can enjoy every single ingredient without eating a jumble of flavors. In short, it's a feast for the palate and the eyes. Well done, guys! I'll definitely be back.
