Exceptional dairy products prepared on site by a master cheesemaker. Very short supply chain milk. Prices undersized compared to the quality. Vast assortment of cheeses and some excellent quality Apulian products. 🏆👏👏👏

Excellent dairy both for the quality of the products and for the hospitality, we took a cutting board and they added some more products to taste! Given the quality, we stocked up and they kindly provided us with ice for the trip as well as some scamorza cheese! 10 and praise

I don't think you will find better mozzarella and ricotta in the city, truly a spectacle! Nice place, lots of refined products in addition to their delicious cheeses. Very kind staff

Caseificio in citta, metto piede per la prima volta in questo posto e l’accoglienza è unica! La responsabile è stata gentilissima e molto professionale! La scelta è vasta e i prodotti all’occhio sono molto invitanti! Mi limito nell’ordine ripromettendomi di tornare qualora soddisfatto . A casa tutti entusiasti per quanto acquistato in questo caseificio. Sicuramente sarò da oggi cliente fidato !

25/06/2024: I have known the Gini café for several years (certainly almost 8/9 years, the products are very good, if you are looking for a book or a gift, you will find the world there), the place is nice and welcoming and the staff is super friendly and, every time I have the chance and I go to visit them, with their way of doing things, they make every customer feel uniquely special (and it's nice that it is like this, the customer, if he feels sincerely accepted and well received, sooner or later comes back Always). What to say? I highly recommend it with full marks! 😍😍😍😍😍
