Now it's the second time I've been there and you might say it's too little to evaluate a restaurant but trust me it's enough, as Matteo says, the owner, both chef and waiter, is like being in someone's home and he treats his customers like this, as if you were going to his house, imagine a very open, very sunny person who tells you: be free to be relaxed like at home, well that's how it is. Uniqueness of the dishes, knowledge of culinary history, answers sometimes direct but always with a smile, I would say the first restaurant and I have been through many, who knows what the word hospitality means, then when he starts talking and telling it becomes a fairy tale to stay there , highly recommended for all ages, if you want to live an experience and feel pampered, go to him, you won't regret it. MATTEO you are truly a true professional, very good.

We had a wonderful experience. Booked this place as it was open on Christmas day. The service was great with a waiter/chef who explained the food with real passion and humour. The food is was fresh and great. We really enjoyed our evening.

The food is very tasty, the pasta is homemade, the recipes are a little different from traditional dishes, but that's just a good change. The head chef/owner is very friendly and talkative. Desserts were excellent. The wine selection is really wide. Definitely worth a visit.

Good restaurant with typical Modena dishes, the price is a little high

We discovered this restaurant by chance. Very inviting, beautiful and well-kept environment, beautiful relaxing music in the background. The owner who that day was waiter, chef and sommelier all in one person is very attentive and friendly and explains every dish and every bottle he offers with enthusiasm... not only did we eat very well, everything was of excellent quality but we also tasted some exquisite wine and spent an evening in a warm environment with a very pleasant person! Bravo!!! We will definitely return when we return to Modena. Absolutely recommended!!

Easy going and very good restaurant! The place is very beautiful, the atmosphere becomes almost intimate with all the soft lights and the music in the background. The owner is super nice and approachable, he explained the dishes and wines served to us! The dishes were just right, perhaps only the tortellini were a little few, but still excellent! Prices are average for Modena, super recommended!

Locale ricercato, il titolare Matteo è un artista della ristorazione propone un buon menù ricercato e in poche cose qualsiasi persona con relativi problemi alimentari può permettersi di fare un esperienza diversa dal solito ed io trovo giusto che ogni tanto vada fatta e provato. Il vino offre una notevole scelta a seconda anche delle varie portate che si decide di prendere specie per poter cambiare dal solito che si beve solo ed esclusivamente per abitudine, questo posto come le pietanze va gustato con calma quindi trovo giusto che ci sia del tempo di attesa tra un piatto e l altro. La qualità dei prodotti è eccelsa e ricercata anche con un semplice fiore di zucca si può viaggiare tra sapori non comuni. Vai avanti così Matteo chi ti giudica è perché non capisce cosa significa servire la qualità ogni giorno e mandare avanti un attività a questo tipo di gastronomia. Con affetto sincero
