Frigidarium In Varallo

Siamo stati, mia moglie ed io, ieri domenica 15 Settembre 2024 alla gelateria Frigidarium a Varallo Sesia. Abbiamo fatto tappa nel pomeriggio durante il viaggio da Romagnano Sesia Varallo Sesia con un vecchio treno a vapore delle Ferrovie. Ovviamente ero già stato in passato essendo io della zona Valsesiana. Siamo stati ancora (come in precedenza) molto bene. Ci siamo seduti al tavolino esterno numero 1 e mia moglie ha gustato un ottimo frappe alla fragola e mirtillo ed io un classico bicchiere di gelato sempre fragola e mirtillo: tutto ok e servizio veloce. Gelateria da consigliare

An iconic ice cream shop in Varallo. I have to go back to try the Mont Blanc flavour.

Ice cream shop in the center of Varallo. It is possible to buy the classic ice cream with cone and cup outside, or sit inside the restaurant and choose between various types of ice cream from the smallest (children's cup) to the largest. Costs range from approximately €3 to €6. I liked the "special" plum cake flavour, while for the "bunet" flavour, I didn't perceive much difference from the classic chocolate apart from a few pieces of amaretto.

Excellent ice cream. The taste of pistachio, flower of milk and the specialty of the region did me good. It’s quick and so comforting!

Always excellent ice cream. The fruit granolas are very good.

quando vieni a Varallo il must imperdibile è questa storica gelateria. cambiano i tempi, le mode, la gente ma questa gelateria, da decenni ti offre sempre la stessa alta qualità.
