Incredible value for money in a small square in the historic center of Giovinazzo. Generous portions, with complimentary bustetta and limoncello. The Troccoli pasticciati were a real treat, but the pappardelle alle cozze ripiene was very disappointing.

Excellent seafood restaurant in the historic center. Very friendly staff. Generous portions and fresh fish. The peppered mussels are delicious, as is the fried fish. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Dining at Siamo Fritti was one of the highlights of my time in Giovinazzo. A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such an unforgettable experience. The food was outstanding, but the seafood pasta deserves a special mention—it is, without question, the best pasta dish I've ever eaten. It was so incredible that I returned several times just to have it again. What makes Siamo Fritti truly special, though, is the atmosphere. The head chef is not only an exceptionally talented cook but a born entertainer. Even while working flat out in a packed kitchen, he still found time to joke with guests, make everyone feel welcome, and bring so much personality to the restaurant. Watching him work was almost as enjoyable as eating the food. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine passion of everyone at Siamo Fritti perfectly reflect the spirit of Giovinazzo and its wonderful people. It's a dining experience I'll remember long after my trip, and one I'll happily recommend to anyone visiting the area. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Siamo Fritti has earned a perfect 10/10 from me

A very good restaurant in a beautiful location in the old town near the harbor, offering excellent food of very high quality at moderate prices. The team, both in the front of house and in the kitchen, is extremely well-organized, and nothing is lacking in any area. I will gladly return again and again.

Highly recommended if you want to eat well and cheaply. Nothing fancy, but excellent service and excellent food. Delicious traditional dishes in a very pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere. You don't need to spend a lot to have a great time.

Highly recommended. The tuna carpaccio was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned, the octopus salad was superb, and the mussels were divine. The fritto misto at the next table also looked incredibly good. The house wine was excellent. We received a complimentary mini bruschetta to start, and upon paying, we were offered complimentary limoncello and lemon sorbet. We eat out a lot, but this was truly exceptional. The price was very reasonable for what was offered.

16/05/2026: An exceptional experience! A 10-star pizza and an unforgettable braciola. If you're looking for a pizza that combines tradition, top-quality ingredients, and a touch of ingenuity, Pizzeria Al Chiró is an absolute must. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, but the real spectacle begins as soon as you open the menu. The pizzas are exceptional: the dough is light, highly digestible, with a crispy, fragrant crust that melts in your mouth. You can taste from a mile away the meticulous attention to detail behind the leavening process and the rigorous selection of ingredients. The highlight: The braciola with turnips. Their now-famous braciola with turnips deserves special mention. A true masterpiece of flavor that alone is worth it! The balance of flavors is perfect: the saltiness and texture of the braciola pair divinely with the crisp, bitter note of the turnip greens. A signature dish, expertly prepared, delivering an explosion of authentic flavor with every bite. The verdict: Attentive, fast, and always smiling service, excellent value, and cuisine that pampers the palate. Pizzeria Al Chiró has officially joined my list of favorite places. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back very soon! 😉
13/05/2026: Even though I'm from Bari, I'd never been to this pizzeria before, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza, the service, the table settings, and the overall decor. Their homemade desserts deserve praise, too, and I should mention that I ordered the fried zeppoline, which were absolutely freshly made and, in fact, were piping hot when they arrived. Furthermore, and no less important than other factors, the ease of finding parking thanks to the large outdoor space. I'll gladly return. I highly recommend it.
