Once we arrived in Noto we asked the locals for directions to eat some excellent arancini, they showed us this place which boasts a historic recipe from Noto. I can confirm that the arancini from Frazzata are the best ever, the right balance of flavors and spices, the fennel seeds they give that magical touch to the ragù the guys who run the place are very kind and nice what can I say we will be back soon..

We came for two days on holiday and decided to enter this pizzeria. Superlative pizzas, arancini (with grandma's recipe) super super good! Cesare and Oriana (the owners) are very kind and friendly. Highly recommended! If you pass by Noto, you can't NOT enter 😋. From Isa & Peppe

Per un pasto frugale a Noto, ci siamo fermati da Speedy Pizza ed è stata una piacevole (e gustosissima) sorpresa! Abbiamo preso una krock con carne di cavallo, una sfoglia con formaggio, prosciutto e melanzane, una sfoglia con pomodoro, formaggio e prosciutto, acqua e birra e abbiamo speso pochissimo! L'impasto sia della krock che delle sfoglie é leggero e gli ingredienti sono freschi! La gentilezza dei proprietari fa davvero la differenza! Gentilissimi e bravissimi!

For a frugal meal in Noto, we stopped at Speedy Pizza and it was a pleasant (and tasty) surprise! We took a krock with horse meat, a pastry with cheese, ham and aubergines, a pastry with tomato, cheese and ham, water and beer and we spent very little! The dough for both the krock and the puff pastry is light and the ingredients are fresh! The kindness of the owners really makes the difference! Very kind and very good!

15/01/2025: A local reality that has been present in Lentini for many years, the restaurant has recently been renovated and features an internal restaurant and an outdoor lounge that the local climate allows you to use all year round. The environment is pleasant despite rather commercial choices in both finishes and furnishings. The service is of a good level, but not impeccable: it happened several times that the staff bumped into my seat without apologizing. The general friendliness could also be improved. We ordered some fried foods that arrived hot and not completely dry and some pizzas. The pizza had a classic base that could be improved in lightness and hydration, the toppings are of good quality. In my opinion, the prices are high compared to what is offered and the experience in general.
