I took Pane Ca'Meusa ("Maritatu" with the addition of cheese) in this historic Focacceria in Palermo.
I liked the sandwich. I appreciated the fact that the sandwich was not particularly greasy and also because I didn't find any pieces of Trachea in the middle of the sandwich which I personally don't like very much.

F.lli Testa Grossa remains an institution in a city like Palermo which is an institution for street food! Bread with spleen, panelle, croquettes, arancine, seasoned sandwiches and rotisserie. You will find anything and everything excellent. Card payment accepted and toilet present, I wouldn't call it a "restaurant", a spartan place as it MUST be. Highly recommended
