I made a reservation, so I don't know the wait time. The place was quite busy, however. The service was good, and the waiters were helpful, but we did have a bit of a wait. It was a bit crowded, considering the crowd. The parking lot is ample, and there are also outdoor tables. Prices are average. Good food, well-cooked.

Informal but not quite: almost sophisticated in its details and menu offerings. Gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, a wide selection of toasted sandwiches and cured meats to enjoy with beer. Delicious fries. Special kids' menu. The space is large enough to be a bit noisy at times. Very suitable for groups. A pleasant place that puts a smile on your face. The staff is attentive, efficient, and discreet.

I've been to this place many times before. I'm giving it 3 stars because I understand that it's difficult to manage so many people on weekends. However, there were some things that, aside from the very long serving times, I'm sorry to point out. They forgot to mention a cockerel that arrived late. The sliced ​​picanha steak, which according to the menu should have included arugula and parmesan cheese in addition to potatoes, was missing. Sugar wasn't brought for coffee. Another thing was that the final bill was a bit of a mess, counting a 4-year-old who had barely eaten a hamburger. This is the problem of making a single bill with people who eat different things from each other. I understand that it's the policy adopted on weekends, but then again, these things happen... beyond all this, I thank you for your kindness and I hope that on a future visit these things don't happen again.

Comfortable atmosphere, attentive service, but when it gets a bit crowded, some requests are forgotten. (Like a spritz, but that can be overlooked since the rest was delicious). I highly recommend the pizzas with authentic dough, amazing tomato flavor, excellent buffalo mozzarella, equally excellent raw ham, with a touch of basil that's always beautifully fragrant. Highly recommended. I'd pass on dessert. Something personal could be made; the beer misu was good but quite runny. Nice in the summer with a play area for kids, a beautiful space. And the interior dining room is nice, but in the winter, even with the heating, there are occasional gusts of cold (and the doors were closed). In this context, I'd order your pizzas any day. Excellent chicken and meat. Long waits, though.
