Excellent pizza, it reminds me very closely of the one I ate in Naples. We usually eat at the table, tonight we got take-away pizza and a moment of distraction surprised me. Before delivering the margherita they asked me: oil and oregano? I answered yes 🤦🤦🤦. Forgetting that for me the margherita should be garnished exclusively with basil and oregano is to be banned! The pizza was delicious anyway, but next time please don't ask me if I want oil and oregano, the margherita needs basil!

Conoscevo questo locale per le ottime pizze che propone ma non avevo mai provato la cucina. Che dire… ci ha soddisfatto ogni particolare e non era facile trattandosi del pranzo dell’Immacolata, con menù fisso e tutto esaurito. Bella calda e accogliente l’atmosfera, superba la cucina per preparazioni e qualità dei prodotti, presente e professionale il servizio. Una menzione particolare meritano lo sfincione di patate con porcini, bacon e tuma e la cassata siciliana con mousse di ricotta e composta di pere… il gusto tradizionale del dolce palermitano per eccellenza, nobilitato dalla delicatezza e freschezza della pera, perfetto per concludere un ricco pranzo. Consigliatissimo, anche per il prezzo assolutamente onesto

12/02/2025: Going beyond my personal preferences, I recommend everything on the menu: there is nothing that isn't objectively good. Everything excellent, always. Staff and environment alike. Very quiet music, and specifically even at a low volume (personally, being able to talk to those at the table with me is important - but today restaurants often drown out voices with too loud music). Another important thing: the prices are normal for high-end restaurants like this; Nonetheless, the portions are fair and plentiful.
