I consider myself a Vergatese (I was born here). I had a business and I can say that Forno Lanzarini offers a service that is also very helpful, even when it comes to opening hours. It's clean, tidy, and the quality is excellent. You can't please everyone, and anyone who owns a business knows this. Service is fundamental, and the bakery does it.
