Booked through TheFork. Good Neapolitan-style pizza. We also had a great hamburger sandwich. Prices were reasonable. A pizza and a sandwich plus water were $15.50 each.

All the food was delicious, both the pizza and the traditional dishes. Highly recommended! The staff was attentive, friendly, and fast.

I ordered a Margherita and a Punggi pizza. The Punggi was a bit salty, but the Margherita was very tasty. There is a 2 euro service charge per person.

There's a service charge (we paid about €8 for four people). The pizza is absolutely delicious. They cook it right in the oven when you order it. I had the Margherita and Punghi pizza, and they were some of the best pizzas I've had in Italy. The Jinseng coffee is also delicious.

Having lived in Napoli… this pizza is legit. So surprising for a train station! La Parmigiana Vera pizza is eggplant Parmesan pizza… so unique and one of the best pizzas ever! The margherita with buffalo mozzarella is always the king (or queen, given the origin of the margherita pizza).

If you don't want to leave Florence station, this pizzeria is highly recommended; it's located before the exit and isn't listed on Google.

Pizzeria located inside the Santa Maria Novella train station. Delicious pizza at fair prices.

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart...every time I pass by the Santa Maria Novella train station, I stop to eat at this restaurant, but since Saturday, I've been forced to reconsider my choice...I ordered a "Super Piccante" pizza, and it was served without their famous spicy sauce. I politely asked the waitress for a change, and rolling her eyes, she took my plate and changed it for me...after we'd started eating, my companion asked the same waitress where our drinks were, and AGAIN, huffing, she went to get them for us. I'll still give it a 6/10 because the food was excellent, the younger people in the dining room were polite and welcoming, the girl at the cash register was also very kind in helping us choose a table despite the confusion, and the kitchen and pizzeria staff were super smiley, and had no problem letting us take photos. It's a real shame...an unwelcome bitter note...but it was right to point it out! -Marta
