It's an authentic-style pizzeria, unlike the usual pizza places near the station. I recommend the Margherita con bufala.

Mediocre pizza, burnt carbonara and they charge €4 cover without bringing anything (neither water nor bread). Greeks avoid it.

Spectacular pizza and desserts!

The place is welcoming, even if a little too noisy and boisterous due to the "cheerful" and chatty staff (especially in the open kitchen). I ordered an American breakfast, very good, but when I had to add sugar to my long coffee, which was part of the aforementioned breakfast, I asked one of the waiters for some sachets of sugar and I was only brought ONE sachet of sugar when for a long coffee, therefore in a large cup as per American tradition, at least three sachets are needed, based, logically, on the quantity of drink to be sweetened. I deduce, therefore, that in this place there reigns a sort of greed towards sugar, because evidently for the owner of the place sugar has the same value as gold, but even if it were, I would have also been willing to pay for the extra sugar who served me, instead of receiving from a waiter, with an indifferent and dismissive air, a measly sachet of sugar (the quantity of sugar contained in it is less than a normal teaspoon), as if it were a subliminal message: «More of this, we don't give you!».

La pizza sembra veramente di mangiarla a Napoli da quanto è buona. I prodotti per fare la pizza sono ottimi. La location non è il massimo, ma vale la pena mangiare questa ottima pizza napoletana.

Inglobato nel complesso della stazione ferroviaria di Firenze Santa Maria Novella, Fratelli Cuore è una pizzeria Napoletana a vocazione prettamente turistica, con pizze e primi piatti della tradizione italiana, senza molte pretese. Il servizio è abbastanza veloce e le pizze sufficientemente buone, nonostante la pesantezza del cornicione (panoso e poco alveolato). Materie prime dozzinali, soprattutto per quel che riguarda la pizza fritta: prosciutto cotto e ricotta da supermercato. Apprezzata la pizza ortolana, anche se la quantità di verdure era davvero esigua. Scelta di birre molto ristretta, nessun tipo di prodotto artigianale disponibile. Prezzi delle pizze nella media, piuttosto alti per quel che riguarda le bevande. Servizi igienici raccapriccianti.
