A top-notch experience, a trattoria with local, locally sourced products. Because it's a trattoria, I recommend going on an empty stomach, as you'll eat a lot, but the most amazing thing is the quality of the food, which is truly top-notch. The appetizer was very generous, with cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, fried pasta, sausage, and meatballs, all served with sauces and condiments. Two first courses, two excellent pasta dishes, with Nebrodi black pork (which unfortunately we didn't eat much because our stomachs were already so full, hahaha). The grilled meats included many different types of excellent-quality meat. It all ended with an excellent limoncello and two razor clams, which were the icing on the cake of the entire evening. The location is surrounded by nature, very colorful in Sicilian style, and also very bright. Impeccable service, kind and welcoming staff.

We ordered several appetizers to share, a plate of roasted black pig pancetta, and a mixed grill. Everything was excellent and reasonably priced for what we ate. They also offered small cannoli and limoncello. The black pig sausage with egg (appetizer) was excellent.

For those who love typical Sicilian cuisine, this is the right place. Excellent food, from appetizers to main courses. Very kind staff, ready to fulfill every request, fair prices, very clean place. I recommend it. I travel an hour and a half every year to get there, but it's worth it.

You may not realize, but I'm giving it 5 stars because 6 isn't allowed. Exceptional wine cellar, appetizers that seem like a social experiment to test how much food a human being can consume, lamb and pork that would make the Dalai Lama a carnivore, and an enchanting atmosphere of courtesy and kindness. Did I mention that everything is within the splendid setting of the Nebrodi Mountains and just a few kilometers from the sea? And that the bill is truly reasonable and fair? My only advice: go hungry, otherwise you'll be forced to take your food home. An unmissable experience.
