Fratelli Borrello In Sinagra

This is a wonderful restaurant. The food is great. It tastes like you are eating in a Sicilian home. The pork is delicious especially the grilled pork chop and the sausage. The best restaurant in all of Sicily. Always worth the drive. The owner is so welcoming and gracious. Do not pass up a chance to eat here and enjoy the views and the atmosphere of the place.

A highly recommended restaurant. It was a great surprise. We had a menu consisting of several starters (local cheeses and cured meats, fried bread, assorted mushrooms, etc.), all of great quality and delicious. The first course was two types of pasta, and the main course was grilled meat, followed by dessert and homemade limoncello. Fifteen of us came to this restaurant on the recommendation of our guide, KiKe, during a tour of Sicily.

Excellent for us who come from far away, it's a nice outing, it's a shame we can't fully enjoy the good wine

Friendly staff and excellent, plentiful food. Cheeses and cured meats made by them with meat and milk from their own farms—all delicious.

Everything is good but always the same things, very good but nothing really special, putting some special dishes on the menu would be an excellent solution

Great crowd, equally kind. One small complaint: a "slight discrepancy" between the butcher counter and the cashier regarding the weight of the piece of meat they cooked for me. Kindness and professionalism more than made up for the mix-up.

A top-notch experience, a trattoria with local, locally sourced products. Because it's a trattoria, I recommend going on an empty stomach, as you'll eat a lot, but the most amazing thing is the quality of the food, which is truly top-notch. The appetizer was very generous, with cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, fried pasta, sausage, and meatballs, all served with sauces and condiments. Two first courses, two excellent pasta dishes, with Nebrodi black pork (which unfortunately we didn't eat much because our stomachs were already so full, hahaha). The grilled meats included many different types of excellent-quality meat. It all ended with an excellent limoncello and two razor clams, which were the icing on the cake of the entire evening. The location is surrounded by nature, very colorful in Sicilian style, and also very bright. Impeccable service, kind and welcoming staff.

We ordered several appetizers to share, a plate of roasted black pig pancetta, and a mixed grill. Everything was excellent and reasonably priced for what we ate. They also offered small cannoli and limoncello. The black pig sausage with egg (appetizer) was excellent.
