Nice experience, the food was average, better to focus on seasonal products.

The food is excellent, but on a busy day when there's no parking, the city council decides to cash in by issuing cumulative fines, without leaving any notice. I feel sorry for the shopkeepers, but I won't go there again.

Excellent appetizers: buffalo mozzarella, olives, beans, porchetta, bruschetta, various cured meats and cheeses. The sausage was good as a main course (perhaps a tad salty), but spicy and flavorful. Very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is rustic, a bit chilly.

A typical Lazio restaurant with friendly service. We were a large group and they accommodated our every request. The food was high-quality. We chose the set menu, which offered a generous and varied selection of appetizers. The first courses, freshly cooked, were excellent, flavorful, and plentiful. The meat was also excellent, both in quality and cooking. Recommended.

The appetizers are spectacular: cured meats, porchetta, cheeses, meatballs, beans with pork rind, mozzarella, olives, and more. They're so generous you can barely eat the rest. Among the first courses, the amatriciana is my favorite, but the other entrees are equally as good. I recommend going, but make sure to book a few days in advance because it's always packed.

The porchetta is phenomenal, soft and juicy, not at all dry like I've found in other fraschette, unfortunately, so this is definitely their strong point. I also had the chance to try their carbonara and I have to say it's wonderful.
