You eat in an ancient cellar. Very good food and as in all these places the menu is dictated by the fresh foods of the day. Everything is good and the owners are very nice.

sono stata alla fraschetta Tontini proprio nel centro di Cerveteri e ho mangiato degli gnocchi stupendi alla zucca, personale gentile e disponibile con porzioni super-abbondanti

Great experience in an exceptional setting. This old cistern offers a timeless setting. Sometimes you even think you can see an Etruscan on horseback through the opening to the outside... The dishes prepared by Diana are authentic and excellent, prepared in the purest local tradition.

It is a wine bar from times gone by, and to enter you enter a bare and dark cave. A place that could be suggestive, but which remains a winery with wooden tables covered with plastic tablecloths, bare rock walls and exposed steel barrels. Portions are more than generous, you order for two and four of you could eat there. Tasty and substantial, the carbonara, the gricia and a juicy Roman tripe. The innkeeper is attentive and prompt and offers us biscuits from his own production at the end of the meal, encouraging us to purchase.

22/03/2025: Frequentiamo questo delizioso locale dal 2019 ed è molto più di una birreria: accogliente e familiare, dotato anche di spazio esterno, nel menù, oltre ad una scelta di sette/ otto eccellenti birre alla spina, sono presenti piatti che spaziano dagli arrosticini ai primi, al chili di pecora, all' ottima provola con prosciutto , e ancora antipasti, hamburger e dolci e la squisita ratafia abruzzese! Il proprietario è Simone, persona riservata ma gentile e simpatica; Ilaria, che si occupa dei clienti ai tavoli, è attenta, accogliente e molto gentile, ti fa sentire a tuo agio come a casa. Per noi è un' oasi di piacere e relax.
01/12/2024: I often go to this pub to spend quiet evenings with friends. Excellent typical Abruzzo dishes and good choice of craft beers.
