Sono stato per la prima volta in questo locale anche per conoscere il gestore. Cucina buona. Per la prima volta ho mangiato la pajata (pasta con budello di vitellino da latte) e devo dire che la qualità è molto buona. Secondo di abbacchio alla brace e cicoria anche molto buono. Da tornare per altri assaggi.
Inutile dire che il gestore e tutto il resto sono veramente simpatici.

5 stars deserved!!! We came specifically from Turin while we were on holiday in Umbria. We tasted Carbonara, Amatriciana, Gricia and Cacio&Pepe!! What can I say: IT'S REALLY WORTH IT!! Very friendly and very nice from Ale the owner to all the staff!! Served quickly since we had two children!! Excellent, and I would say the prices are perfect, and the quality is 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!! Great!!!

Spinti dalla curiosità e dalla vicinanza al villaggio, ci siamo recati alla Romanella di domenica a pranzo.
Il proprietario molto gentile, si è subito presentato e ci ha accolto in modo davvero piacevole.
Passiamo al pranzo:
1 carbonara, non ha soddisfatto in pieno i miei gusti;
1 amatriciana, spettacolare;
1 cacio e pepe gustosissima.
Le porzioni non sono per persone che sono a dieta sicuramente.
Ottima esperienza.
