It's a good place but service isn't great. I guess they are really busy. But the food was delicious.

I went to this place for the first time on Saturday evening for dinner with some friends and I was pleasantly surprised by the dishes and also by the final price... the carbonara was exquisite and the pistachio tiramisu was also excellent.

I always recommend making a reservation. We went on a Tuesday night and the restaurant, which is very large, was packed. That alone says it all. There were five of us; one did the challenge, and the others enjoyed sampling the appetizers (tripe and coratella) and four first courses (cacio e pepe, grey ham, carbonara, and amatriciana). Everything was expertly prepared in keeping with Roman tradition. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Sandro is truly a force to be reckoned with.

My advice: to gather customers, tables everywhere!
The waiters were excellent, for the acrobatics they had to do to pass and serve.
Customers who walked right past you.
A piece of advice: a few less tables, a little less takings, to allow customers to enjoy the evening.
I couldn't wait to leave.

I'd seen their videos on social media but never had the chance to try it until that specific video came along.
They have gluten-free pasta, and since we have a daughter with celiac disease, we decided to try it for a family dinner.
What can I say? They were also top-notch, with a platter from which my daughter could eat everything. The pasta was plentiful, well-cooked, and the sauce superb.
Attentive, friendly, and courteous service...
We even had a laugh with the owner's mother when we discovered that my husband, Sandro, was born on the same day and month as her son, the owner, whom everyone calls Sandro after Alessandro.
We'll be back soon.

si sente la romanità della cucina ad ogni piatto. A dir poco...da paura!!! Una fraschetteria in cui si sente la romanità ad ogni piatto. La mia prima esperienza in questo locale, ma non credo sarà l'ultima. Ho incominciato con pajata e rigatoni e finito con abbacchio scottadito Piatti super abbondanti per cui regolatevi nell'ordinazioni, se siete di stomaco normali.
I prezzi forse un tantino alti e potrebbero essere un pò più bassi se si vuole essere un locale popolano. Nonostante il locale sia grande conviene comunque prenotare!

Ambiente simpatico, personale molto disponibile, cibo abbondante ...
Abbiamo passato una bella serata e nonostante la sala fosse piena il servizio è stato corretto, dall'antipasto al caffè. Un indirizzo da tenere presente.
